Breakfast Menu "Natural Delights Juice Bar" La Mesa

Gentleman behind the counter is a very nice man. Me and my daughter went in for some smoothies ( which were a bit more like fresh juices to me). I tried the very berry and she got the mango pineapple. My very berry was delicious, not too bitter and not overly sweet either (refreshing). I also got a beet shot to begin with which tasted pretty good. My daughter said the mango pineapple tasted fresh as well. Definitely coming back to try some more stuff. Thank you

This place is NOT THE SAME ANYMORE. Disregard all previous reviews for vegan and healthy options. Sure, they have smoothies and acai bows still, but the menu is that of a mexican fruteria. Nothing wrong with that, I just wish they kept some of the old, Actually healthy, and vegan options on the menu. But if you are looking for tostilocos that's your spot.

Smoothies from this place are amazing and the guy behind the counter was super friendly, helpful and kind. I’d definitely recommend stopping by this place if you want a fresh and perfectly blended smoothie.

What can I say? This place is flawless! Great proves, delicious food, AND you feel great afterwards. Johnathan is incredible and I'll be recommending this place on!

This is the best and cheapest smoothie place in El Cajon area. $9 for the most delicious acai bowl and staff is very friendly and fast.

Now Fruity Loco - 4th location - great quality tortas. Is my favorite torta place however I have not tried other menu items.

Wonderful new management. However, I went today AND yesterday and they were closed. I thought they were open until 7pm. Both days I went around 5pm. Can you post hours please?

They're open now! The mango smoothie tastes legit and fresh.
