Staff was very attentive and friendly. The drinks were good. The coconut shrimp were cooked perfectly and I wanted another sauce to take home. I am not usually a fan of salmon but the flavor and char that come from the plank are amazing! Well worth the money.

Celebrated my birthday at Nat’s with 4 family members on a Wednesday eve at 5 pm. Food was wonderful with each of ordering a different entree. Service, however, was lacking. It took forever to receive our drinks from the bar & the waitress pestered us to order while waiting to get our drinks. We put her off several times until our drinks finally arrived with her comment that the bartender had “ stepped out”. The whole meal felt very rushed… being rushed to order, to clear away plates with food still on them… although the restaurant was never busy throughout our stay. Another family member had to ask repeatedly for the homemade rolls & we initially received 2 for our table of 5. So she asked again to receive 3 more.

Got the Shrimp and Grits after a hard decision because the menu is amazing. Let me tell you. I have had this dish up and down the east coast and even in New Orleans. This is one of the best I have ever had. Deep rich red sauce taste followed by grits that were just cheesy enough. I don't drop 5 stars often but this place has the ambiance and knowledgeable and attentive staff to back up amazing food. Well deserved.

A nice quiet restaurant with delicious food. I've tried a number of dishes but always flock back towards the pot roast. Recommend the chicken tortilla soup. Their sangria was good, but their Pecan Russian drink made me downright giggle when I tasted it. Love this place, especially when we have something big to celebrate.

New to the area thought I’d give Nat’s a try. First the Bruschetta is probably one of the best I have ever had. So 5 star on the Bruschetta! Perfect amount of sweet and tang with just right amount of basil. The breads are crisp with a slight softness in the center. EXCELLENT. Now the issue. 3 stars. I also ordered the beef stroganoff. I was surprised when there was no meat in it. I didn’t read description, just looked at the picture. When I went back to see if I was missing something, it said there was braised beef in it. Well mine didn’t have any meat in it. So I paid $25 for noodles, sauce and mushrooms. It had amazing flavor just would have been nice to have the complete meal. Weird you forget the beef in beef stroganoff. That’s a complete lack of quality control there. Over all the meal was good just a little disappointed about the Stroganoff. Received the delivery quickly.

I wish I could rate the service and food, but I was never given the chance because my reservation for a private dining room was never entered in their books, so the room was given to someone else, even though I had called in late March for a mid May event. Then, the only reason I found out we didn’t have a place for our celebration was because I followed up with a text that was sent after an April 7th text telling which menu choices I had made. That text was April 25th and all I got a week later was a brief response stating the room was already booked for someone else. When I called to discuss the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t let me talk to the person I had spoken with in great length and said they didn’t get the April 7th text. When I said it shows as sent (not undeliverable) and that it must have been deleted, I was told the deleted messages would still pop up. ????? Too many other issues to keep going on, but if you plan to go there, be sure (if possible) you are not just placing an “inquiry call”. Incredible disappointment for our son, our family and friends coming from several places around the US to acknowledge his accomplishments. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Typically, this place is a C+ to a B-. Their menu items are described better than they are executed, but the past few times I have eaten here, the food was not as advertised. I got the “Mama’s Sunday Gravy”. The “braised short rib” was tough and tasted like a pot roast. The burrata tasted like mozzarella and the tomato sauce and noodles were bland. I paid $60 for two people and would rather travel to St. Charles to Gia Mia for less money and higher quality food.

Food was excellent!!! Love the smaller, cozy size of the restaurant. Food service is paced nicely, with time in between courses to enjoy conversation. Looking forward to going back. Had the Pot Roast, dinner salad, and we had the potato rolls appetizer, which all were outstanding.
