Me and my cousin nick went into the restaurant, our first thoughts were wow, this place is beautiful, they had amazing Indian style music playing and we took our seat and they came and poured water instantly, amazing service throughout the entire dinner. The food was not only THE best Indian food I’ve ever had, it is also up there with the best food I’ve ever had. And If you ask them for as spicy as possible, you are in for the true Indian spice experience, they won’t hold back. Both me and my cousins eyes were watering the entire time. We will 100% be coming back. The lamb vindaloo is off the chain. Same with the butter chicken. The pita is hot and fresh and they give you plenty. The prices are excellent as well.
Our food was top notch! This place had the best of everything! I loved our dishes, the dessert, appetizers, the chai tea was AMAZING. There are so many different options for everything you might want. The spiciness was perfect, I got light spice, another had hot, and another medium. All of us felt happy about our heat levels. The naan was fresh and delicious! We want to come back next time for sure! Worth it!
Really enjoyed our meal here! The mango lassi was delightful and refreshing. We got Aloo Chaat as an appetizer. Really enjoyed the textures and flavors. The paneer naan was warm, fresh, and delicious. I got the rogan Josh extra spicy. It brought the heat! Lamb was super tender. It went over well with the basmati rice. My wife got paneer masala extra spicy as well. She really enjoyed it. The prices are very affordable for the quality you receive. Service was great, and there was a nice ambiance. If ever back in the Culpeper area, I would not hesitate to return for a great meal!
So excited to try indian food after moving to Culpeper but unfortunately it fell lower than flat, The samoas were greasy and soggy, chicken tikka marsala was watery and flavorless chicken saag was flavorless. VERY DISAPPOINTED DONT WASTE $70
Had dinner with 2 of my sons here and we will definitely be back. We all ordered different entrees and each one was great. We also liked thr ambiance of the place.
This was the most bland meal I have ever had in my entire life. I'm not talking about the most bland Indian meal, I'm talking about the least flavorful meal of my lifetime. I'm not sure what happened back in that kitchen but everything tasted like maybe they salted it... We ordered a lot of different dishes, and the only thing worth eating was the naan. After dropping over $100 on my lunch, I am sorely disappointed. I will never ever ever go back.
The variety of meals they serve here is amazing. And oh my, the meal is wonderful. The service was excellent, and the flavors and spices were excellent. The surrounding areas were also quite warm and welcoming. Definitely my go to restaurant whenever in Culeper. :)
Delicious!! So many options and everything we tried was so good ( we have leftovers for days because I wanted to try it all !!) I forgot to take pictures except the one I sent to a friend because we were enjoying the whole experience! 10/25 - went again- stilllll delicious Lamb Pasanda is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten!
