I’ve eaten Mrs. Marty’s a handful of times. I’ve had the corned beef special, the rare roast beef sandwich, the BLT and the Matzo soup. The corned beef special is the best I’ve ever had and the roast beef sandwich was good too. It’s been 20 years or more since I’ve had some Matzo and it took me back all 20 years. I took my 2 small girls there and we got the hotdog and fries from the kids menu and the chef’s salad then my girls had ice cream for dessert and I had the cheesecake. We were all pleased with our dinner that evening and the service was especially nice. Our server Katie was attentive and present and she even took my girls to the counter to see the desserts. The girls were tickled and I was very pleased. We will be back again.

Good Evening Google Family. I visited this location on September 27, 2022. I just completed another successful workout session at Planet Fitness in Drexel Hill, PA. I wanted to satisfy my current craving for soup. I decided to visit this location because I had discovered it long ago, since I am a frequent visitor of Lawrence Park, where this is located. I googled nearby soup places and this came up in my search. I arrived and I asked what the selections of soup were. They had chicken noodle soup, chicken with rice and Matzo Soup. I decided to try the Matzo soup and it consisted of balls, I want to say it is similar to lightweight ball soup. It had a taste that I cannot describe but the taste was okay. I neither liked it or hated it. I will say though I will never ask for that type of soup again. I should have played it safe with Chicken Noodle or Chicken with rice. I felt adventurous that day, that is why I opted to go with the Matzo soup. I asked for takeout and I ate it in my vehicle while I was listening to Steve Harvey's radio show on WDAS/FM. I enjoy listening to Steve Harvey's hilarious comments and jokes and also he has a lot of encouraging advice for entrepreneurs, which I am. My business is Krystique Personal Fitness, in which I am a mobile Personal Trainer/Coach/Motivational Instructor. I will visit again to try the Chicken with Rice or the Chicken Noodle Soup. My total for the soup was $6.36 for a bowl and a cup was cheaper. Good night Google and I am enclosing the receipt and the take - out menu.

Hands down the best deli around. Soups, sammies, baked goods, meats. Absolute perfection. 10/5 stars. Recommend all day!!

We had a delicious dinner! We always have a good meal here! Good menu and excellent customer service!

Absolutely the best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. Mrs. Marty's Deli is my new go to place for awesome sandwiches and a great atmosphere.

Place has good breakfast and lunch but awful service. After we got our food order, we never seen our waitress again for over a half hour. My mom who is in her late 60s and is handicap, went up to counter to ask for boxes and check, the waitress said “move, get out of my way” and physically pushed my mom with her shoulder… completely ignored my mothers request. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to Mrs Marty’s Deli. Service was awful and staff was rude.

Such a shame and incredibly disappointing. Took my mom here for lunch to celebrate her 86th birthday yesterday. She wanted Jewish deli and it’s nearby the nursing home. We both had the corned beef and both of us got sick to our stomachs in the middle of the night. I’ll spare the details. I’m still sick the next day and she’s been in bed all day. I haven’t been this sick in a very long time. Additionally, our waitress was snippy and abrupt to mom. I told her it was my mom’s 86th birthday, hoping she’d be a little more kind, but it didn’t help. I was pleasant to her and left a good tip since I know it’s hard to get help, but I will never go back there. We’re sticking with Hymies where the food and service are wonderful.

The deli has been around a long time and I have eaten here many times but today was different. I came after 6 with my handicap mother. No one greeted us upon entry. My mother can only walk but so far and she wanted to sit at the tables closest to the door. The table was dirty so we waited patiently for some to clean it off. People were working behind the counter ignored us until eventually a voice from behind told us we could sit in the back. Shortly after the server appeared from the back, took an order of people next to the table and went back behind the counter. She said nothing to us and looked me in my face. I was very disappointed so we left.
