Don't even waste your time with this place. If I could give them NO stars I would. They don't honor their menu. I ordered 2 mini party trays which are supposed to come with 5 bags of chips each. Angel, the acting manager said they don't honor that. He said what's online is online, the restaurant doesn't honor what's online. I asked for the store manager's business card and was given one of the co-workers phone number. So if Nick is the actual store manager, he's just as rude as Angel. He hung up while I was talking, I called back and said we got disconnected. He said, no I hung up on you and hung up again. If this is how you treat your customers that's crazy. I want to see if their corporate office responds the same way.
Food was good but Not worth $19.85.. large roast beef chips and a canned 7up. Wow Bidenomics 😡 9/20/23 After your comment I'll Gladly Go somewhere else and Notify Corporate with a copy of all of your replies to other customers. Way to many other Restaurants in ur area and No worries I'LL NEVER EST THERE AGAIN!!
I visited around 13:30 on a polluted Wednesday afternoon after finishing business at the Credit Union next door. I had the place to myself. Very polite staff and they got my order correct. It's sad that the ability to get an order correct should be a commendable attribute of a place, but that's how things are these days. The drive-through window is something others might consider important. I cannot recall having seen one at a Mr. Sub, but that might be because I never looked for one. "Greek fries" was something I'd never seen before. It's basically semi-soggy fries with a bunch of feta cheese crumbled over them and maybe a hint of salad dressing. Not bad at all. Prices and sandwiches are pretty much the same as other Mr. Sub locations. It might be an illusion, but from the inside, this looks like the largest Mr. Submarine I've ever visited. My wife tells me it used to be family restaurant of some sort. A-and. AND (this also might be important to some) They sell BEER! I almost certainly have never seen *that* at a Mr Sub. BEER!
Garlic fries were good tad bit salty but overall good. I got a gyro sub and it was just okay. It was topped with onions, a tomato n taziki sauce, but even with extra sauce the sandwich was dry. Would I ever eat there again possibly if I am ever on this side of town. Customer service was great, the young man that assisted me was very polite.
Great place. Different location , it's probably one of their newest ones. Steak sandwich was fire!!! Cashier and cook were awesome, really nice people. Highly recommend.
Employees were too busy talking on their cell phones except the guy in the kitchen. The food I got was just really bad. I got the Philly sandwich, and there was no flavor and way overpriced for it. I will not be going back to this location until they have better service.
Simple Gyro on Pita everything on it. If a Gyros has not been purchased in many hours and the meat on the spit has been overcooked you're better off carving the meat off and tossing it and carving fresh Gyros meat , at least add more tzaziki sauce to hide the burnt crispy meat. I live over 2 miles away so coming back to throw it at your employees who should know better is not an option , but Im livid with my experience of no love when preparing garbage because embarrassingly thats what it was. Nothing is free if you paid for it , your Mr. Submarine is at best inconsistently bad hit or miss , sometimes pretty decent other times so bad it inspired me to write up this negative review. It was by convenience that I stopped at your establishment after going to car wash , never again , shouldve gone to lucky dog. Train your staff that mediocre to almost not edible is not acceptable especially if you want repeat customers.
Nick & Alexis were amazing!! Food was awesome as always!! I will drive from my new home 1 mile south of Indy just to come to this location!!!!
