User Reviews

I have always liked this restaurant in the past and the food has always been good. 3 of us dined there last night and the service was ridiculous. Two of us had soup which arrived at different times and we were also overcharged for it. Our dinners took about one hour to arrive. We asked for bread and our server told us she was waiting for fresh bread from the oven. We never got the bread and never saw our server again until the bill came. It was not overly busy. If they are short staffed it would be nice to be told that ahead of time. The food was good and portions large. Very disappointed in the service. Not going back again.

First time here. They have tons of specials for each day of the week! We ordered the calamari and shrimp combo and it was awesome! The burgers are huge and tasty.

To start, it took almost a whole week to make a reservation for 9 - 6 adults and 3 kids. The number to call is not going directly to the restaurant but some other part of the building that no one answers. On the day of our reservation, we had to change it to a later time in the day. However, the employee, who didn't answer until 4 calls later, never told the hostess about the change, bringing her to absolute confusion when we walked in. This was not a super busy evening. The server didn't come to greet our table for at least 15 minutes and then took another 15 minutes to bring our drinks. Another 15 or so minutes to come back and take our order. We received our food, except one of the kids' dinner, which took another 5 minutes for her sandwich to come out. The server only came back once to check on how the food was and to get us drink refills, which took another 15-20 minutes to bring us those refills, and by then, everyone was done eating. Took about another 15 minutes just for us to receive our check and boxes to put our leftover food in which we had to repeatedly ask for. Now as for the food most of it was as always spectacular especially the pizza however the chicken that the children were eating was exceptionally dry and once again while waiting for a server we were never able to ask for a sauce for the chicken to be dipped in so in the end one of the children ended up not really eating at all that night. The fountain sodas that we were drinking tasted like mold. I don't know if they are not cleaning their nozzles properly or what, but definitely don't order the Sierra Mist. That was the worst. This is not the first time that the service has been not so up to par.

Had a new waiter that did really well. He will get 5 stars in the future. The salmon with fresh mixed vegetables with a balsamic vinegar sauce was excellent. I finished everything on my plate. The broasted chicken with potato spears was a hit with a fellow diner. I will return.

The food was great. We had four appetizers, and they were all fine. Only blip was how loud it was, even though about 25% full. Our server was excellent - quick, good suggestions, and friendly. We'll go back.

The Karen manager made me delete a negative review of the restaurant so I will just refer to her as Karen now. The servers do nothing but drink gamble smoke and vape which is very bad and put a bad example for the children the manager is very rude both of them were usually rude the severs are rude and have these high expectations of you. The servers when they are done will go and drink for hours many of the staff are rude and give wrong orders on purpose. And the former manager I will call her Karen was extremely rude to everyone and forced people to follow her rules or the highway she coerced people into helping her get employees fired why did the make her a manager I don't know. Again it isn't surprising because they hired people from jhs who are just rude and worship the popular girls. The food there is ok and the atmosphere is ok just like any other location but the staff is rude and are just bullies and mean they even tried to bully me into saying excuse me when it isn't a requirement to say excuse me. When they didn't like me anyways from the 1st day they also can't accept criticism either and won't listen this place is just gonna worse since all they do is hire their friends now which leaves no different opinions and they can go sit around and drink all they want it really shows the servers can't do their job properly and would rather sit and drink

Have only ordered thin crust cheese and sausage pizza. Taste is good. Crust very thin. Believe it or not, we were still hungry after eating it. Have tasted their pasta with chicken and sausage and chicken vesuvio when a friend catered from here. It was very good. Still haven't eaten in the restaurant. Will revisit to edit my review once I eat in the restaurant

Delivery order, hence no rating for atmosphere, although we've been there in person before . . . . Food is predictably great! One can tell the difference between chefs based on interpretation of the recipe. EXAMPLE: Chicken Limone. Always great, never the same. Consistency is important. Very important. But regardless, I order this every time. Tonight didn't disappoint.
