What a terrible place. Our waitress didn't even give us her name. It took us over an hour to get our food. After waiting, we had high expectations and we're enevitabley let down. My husband's steak was burned on the bottom, the bacon on top was soggy, and overall, the steak tasted terrible. His okra was soggy and very pale. The French fries were pretty gross as they tasted like they had been cooked in the same old oil as everything else. My chicken was insanely rough, thin, and very small.y broccoli was the best part of our meals. Our waitress asked to clear our plates when I hadn't even touched my potato, like people don't take home their leftovers foods. I thought this place would be worth the price as they have their 'own' steak sauce but I should have known better as it was Friday night and the meal they sold out of....pasta. We should have refused to pay for such terrible food and service. One of the worst meals we've ever had.

We stopped here for dinner on our way through and had a pleasant enough experience. But overall it was a very average experience. The food was good and the service was okay. Our waiter did screw up on a few very minor things but otherwise did a good job. The biggest issue we had was with several of the machines in the arcade eating our coins/not working. We were able to get our money back but it was still a disappointment.

Wish I could rate the service and food on own, great service. The food however not so much. The best part were the rolls and sweet tea. My steak had no flavor to the point I had to cover it in A1. The salad was ok somewhat, just not my favorite. I ordered the mushrooms and there was enough salt to kill a horse. Even my broccoli replacement was pretty saltly. Not returning.

I am so extremely disappointed. It took over a half hour to get our food. Our waitress was Charlene and she never brought napkins extra we asked for and not once did she ask how we were doing and did not bring refill on water. I carried both glasses to kitchen. The man who was in kitchen apologized and helped me carry water back to table. Our hamburgers were rare and we showed him. I know now we should have not tried to eat them. We left half of each on plate. Then we got up to leave and passed our waitress who promptly gave us our ticket We will find another place to eat next trip to Colorado Springs. .

I have eaten here many a times with my family and it gets better every time! If you want a good steak, this is the place! Cooks did a wonderful job, I was seated quickly and kindly, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful!

We ordered steak and we said it well done. It was burned as hell. The service was bad we had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated. The fries I don't even know how to describe. They were stall and kinda burned, very nasty tasting. I would not recommend the restaurant to anybody.

The nicest staff! I had a very tasty steak! We had to eat to go because there are no dogs inside due to health code and not wanting to tie the dog outside, but not a problem! They even gave us rolls and butter for the road without asking, thanks!

Drinks tasted like soap. Steak was small. Shrimp was cook in old oil. Almost black the loaded potato was not great. Wanted to try for years.... Probably never stop again. Oh the bread roll was good not for $24.
