Unfortunately the unfriendly service is expected but I am absolutely appalled at the portion size. The employee put so little ingredients on my taco that it literally had no flavor. I swear they counted out the little onion pieces. In the picture you can't even tell that they are there. I attempted to eat it but couldn't even tell what I was eating, all I could taste was tortilla. I can't believe they charge over $5 for this!! This was my last attempt at this establishment. I was really hoping for a decent experience😔 I'd rather drive to another county & find a Willy's, they are just as pricey but have better flavor/portions & the employees don't act annoyed while making your order.
The quality has significantly improved after a dip in quality in the previous few years; the meats are much tastier now and the vegetables are fresh. Portion sizes do vary depending on employees but they don't deviate often. As of now, the service from the workers is excellent as they make sure you have a good dining experience. They are very polite and friendly. Glad to be able to return to this location.
If you want to feel like you're in a OG Mo's this is the one! They actually put a good amount of meat on there and give good portions. It was very pleased with the service and the food
Portion sizes are hilarious. Picked up a mobile order and discovered our scrimpy bowls when I got home. The associate that I spoke with was nonchalant and found my complaint humorous. These bowls definitely are not worth $12. Go elsewhere.
I visited Moe’s in Hiram on Thursday evening the food was wonderful the lady at the register and the manager on duty was very nice and proficient they also helped me get signed up for the Moe’s reward and I will be returning to this location food was A1
Nice place to enjoy spuds and sandwhiches. They also have some great brownies!
The women with the braids that is there in the morning ms, is absolutely amazing, I’m a regular customer here and she always geets everyone with a smil, I will have to ask her name the next time I go because she is amazing, Sge always gives great service, the food is always terrific when she’s working, and this is now my favorite Moe’s location. I am a regular and visit Moe’s at least 2 times a week but I am most excited when I visit while she is there, I love their bowls they make and always am happy to tip
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Walked thru the door, up to counter to order and got a "what can I get for you"?, instead of a greeting...ATTITUDE!! But my biggest complaint is this tasteless food!! Same quesidilla at the Kennesaw location, MUCH BETTER!! They won't have to worry about my money here EVER again!!! Now I see why it's always empty in here.
