My wife and I enjoyed our date-night dinner here tonight. Our server, Nick, was great. We shared the Queso Burger and a delicious Captain Jack's Buried Treasure dessert. Was definitely worth the visit!
I did a curbside order to be ready by 10:40pm. I arrived at 10:45 and got a automated text response that someone would bring the food out shortly. 25 minutes later, I call and am told they won't bring the food out past 11pm because its against policy and my food may not have been ready at 10:40. I was not dressed to go out somewhere but I had no choice considering its too late at night to go elsewhere. I get my food and its completely cold, so there went that story of my food not having been ready at 10:40. The stickers on my food label it as having been printed or processed at 10:33 for a 10:40pm pickup. If it wasn't for my hunger, I would've handed the hostess the food and told her to give me a refund. Really appreciate the fishy smelling, cold food. Waste of time and money
First time eating in the restaurant with the family. Been to other Ale Houses before. This one had an asset that no other Ale House has. Our server Haley. What a bright shining light. Friendly and always smiled. Very attentive, a true professional in every sense of the word. The food was no let down either. Apologies because I forgot to get pictures of the apps. Which were awesome. The Bavarian Pretzel was HUGE!. The Spinach Artichoke and chips did not disappoint either. The Chicken Pesto Ravioli was delicious, highly recommended. We also had the Zinger Mountain Melt and the Chicken Cajun Pasta, all delicious. All in all a great experience . Look forward to returning and trying some of the other dishes. We will be sure to ask for Haley, I suggest if you go and you want great service you do the same.
Mark was our waiter and he was awesome! He was at our table a couple minutes after we were seated. He provided great customer service and has a great personality! He was fun and made us laugh. Just the type of wait staff any restaurant would be happy to have. Only downside was he is a Texans fan. LOL just kidding. He was great!
Pretty lively for a Thursday night! We were greeted immediately and shown to our table with no wait at all. The server promptly arrived and took our drink order while we checked out the menu. Our food was delivered along with any extra items we requested. It was great, as usual. Miller’s is always clean, friendly, well-staffed, and reasonably priced with a good selection.
Honestly. My experience here yesterday is probably the only reason why I’m writing this review. After waiting for a couple minutes to be seated. I sat and wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat. My waiter Andrew; was very knowledgeable on what was on the menu and recommended me something that fit my craving. Was surprised at the fact that this is the first time I was given quality attention and service by a waiter. Consantly asking and checking If everything was up to par with his high standard. Definitely left a good tip and hoping I get Andrew as my waiter every time! 9/10 would recommend.
Really good food. Very good pricing. Meal was excellent. A nice find, for our last night of vacation. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
