Kiara is a wonderful, friendly and prompt server. She is one of the longest employed staff members at the Brandon location. We always look forward to seeing her and have confidence in the food when we visit. The Thursday prime rib special is always a great choice. The Capt Jack ice cream desert is a delicious treat. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. A great place to watch your teams play all year round. *I had the steak and shrimp dinner tonight.
Food is pretty good, Not quite the level of Texas Roadhouse, but better than a lot of other places. Menu has a good variety, as well as the drink menu. Friendly service and prices are ok..
Today is our 1st time here. My husband got the Fish & Chips, and I got the Mahi Mahi dish sandwich. Both are delicious. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food. The food is seasoned well. The atmosphere is great. We will definitely come back.
Stopped in for lunch. Food, service and atmosphere was pleasant. One guest ordered Cole slaw which wasn’t so good but everything else was.
Food was amazing, Drinks were so smooth and tasty for being so affordable. Best service I have had in years at this location. Our server Alana was super attentive and handled our special requests perfectly while being swamped and tired! The manager Don checked on the tables a few times and was super friendly.
I truly have never had an experience at any ale house like I had at this one. The food was great and and the place was so clean. Our waitresses name was Melanie and she made our experience there absolutely great. She was on time, fast and friendly. Definitely coming back. Thanks Mel!!!
I visited this location in Tampa Brandon several times because I really enjoyed the food. Good food, portions, staff. Quick service. Relaxed atmosphere. Suitable for a group or a single traveler. Burgers, fish and chips, fajitas, steak, salads all very good.
First time at a Miller's Ale House, and last time to visit. Poor service and my followers know I usually have good things to say. It might not be a raving review, but positive feedback. I am not a demanding or rude person. I know how hard it is to serve people. We got seated by the hostess right away. Our waitress showed up to do our drink order about 5 minutes later. Mind you there were maybe 20 people in the restaurant. She brought the wife's tea, and 10 plus minutes later my beer that the bartender forgot. Our food was quick to come out, and was good. Not anything special. Our waitress didn't check on us for refills. We never saw her till she was looking to give us our check. We are just disappointed.
