I had an experience with fraudulent activity on my credit card. I got the phone number from the order from the pizzeria. I Called the customer and when I called her out for using my card she apologized for stealing my cc info, called the pizzeria to pick up the tab but the person at middle island pizza said they could not refund me and charge the appropriate party. I am getting the police involved. Way to go with customer service middle island pizza. I’m happy that a one time fraudulent delivery order of $50 was more important to you than a daily local customer.
Had a birthday party for my daughter on Sunday and I was in charge of the food. Of course I waited to the last minute. I called in a catering order on Friday and had specific details and a certain time food had to be delivered by. Anthony and his crew made it happen. My 40 guests and the staff at the venue all agreed how delicious everything was. I thank you again Middle Island Pizza! You will definitely be my place of choice for my next catering order. Every single person behind the counter is the nicest friendliest pizza shop worker. They have awesome heros and sausage and peppers! They also help the food pantry next door a lot which is awesome to see.
I ordered eggplant Parm dinner & a slice if regular pizza. Usually the food is delicious, however this time the sauce was different and not in a good way. I am wondering if they changed their chief as the sauce was so much better in the past. I was very disappointed with the way the sauce tasted. The sauce is what makes the food taste good. However, I would order again to see if this was a fluke and just not a good night. 🍕
Order a slice and the chicken wrap the pizza had a horrible taste and the wrap you couldn’t even eat there was something wrong with it the taste was so bad. Went there because they used to be very good I ended up throwing the food away
We just moved here last week to find great Italian food with the nicest people ever !! They welcomed my daughter and I with open arms, I haven’t heard welcome to the neighborhood in 40 years. Mike is the Best, he took the time to tell us about the area and even told us where to go swimming !! We had the Grandma vodka slices’s which were Outstanding, This is our favorite place, thank you Middle Island Pizza
