Came in about 35 mins before closing and had the best experience. The vibe of this little place is perfect. Its totally casual, low key and really honest. We had take out but it would be great to est in as well. I’ll be back to work there and eat some of the yummy #vegan options. We basically got a little of every vegan option and everything was great. Huge love for the kale salad with orange, very yummy!

Mia’s is amazing what a breath of fresh air to walk into a place filled with so many tasty and healthy foods and hear the customers talking about how they locally and organically grow the peppers for the hot sauce. It’s not your typical “super liberal” vegan restaurant, more like a mostly plant based restaurant that still puts customer service first. I’m stopping here every time I can. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good healthy food in a casual & friendly environment.

During the pandemic I need a Birthday cake and this business came though for us. This cake was made from squash with berry jelly it was pretty amazing! I had a vegan cupcake from here and once I find that photo I will add it here. It was really good too.

Mia's staff were friendly and accommodating, the coffee and iced tea were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had paper straws for the iced tea. It was hard to choose, there were so many delicious looking options on the lunch menu. We opted to split a custom omelette, which was perfect; and then for dessert we had an incredible zucchini muffin with jam and almond butter. Street parking was available nearby and it was such a positive and tasty experience that I will definitely be back. I wish I lived closer!

Stopped on my way back to the city from Hunter and had mushroom bisque and vegan grilled cheese and a great espresso. Really satisfying and flavorful, friendly and attentive service. Went back in for lentil loafs to go so I wouldn’t have to cook dinner. Great vibes and food, would definitely go back. 👍🏼🌱❤️

Amazing ambiance, quality of food and service...such a lovely place that makes you feel you want to stay longer

I went in today and the place was empty except maybe the owner sitting at a table. She never looked up or acknowledged my presence. I didn’t know she was the owner until the girl asked her for help with the cash register. The girl behind the counter was anything but friendly or kind. I also felt like it was a bother for her to take my order and or serve me. When time to order I felt rushed (no one else was there!!). When time to pay Instead of just taking my money she said- “come over here”. No please- nothing- literally five steps! The food was great (Lentil loaf and beet salad)but I would rather have mediocre food with a dash of kindness than good food with rudeness. I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place.

Love the creative homemade healthy choices. Great if you wanna experiment with some different clean healthy meals. Dessert treats are Amazing and unique. Great staff and clean comfortable environment. A little pricey but it’s worth it. Highly recommend 👍🏿
