My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary dinner. All of the food and drinks were delicious. Our server, Alexander, was wonderful and very attentive! We got the mussels and meatballs as starters, the BBQ pork tenderloin and the NY Strip Steak special as our entrees, a seasonal mojito (the mint was super fresh!) and an espresso martini as drinks, and the warm apple strudel for dessert. Everything was great and we had a wonderful anniversary dinner!

We went for a special occasion. We had not dined here in years and had fond memories. It's a lovely historic inn. Nice ambiance and excellent service. They have a very extensive wine list. For appetizers, we had the gnocchi and the eggplant rollatini, and both were delicious. I felt the eggplant was not hot enough. For entrees we had the branzini, crab raviolis, duck breast, and seared scallops. The scallops were delicious and seared perfectly. The branzini was excellent, as were the raviolis. I did not care for the duck. The desserts were mediocre. The apple strudel was overly tart with a non traditional crust. The cheesecake was creamy, but overly sweet. The mango sorbet was quite good. All in all I felt the quality did not warrant the price. I will not return.

My friend took me on a whim here. Sunday afternoon for a drink an appetizer. The place looks quaint but modern at the same time. I had the lobster bisque and it took all my strength not to lick the bowl clean. The drink was also top notch. Definitely recommend 5 out of 5 will definitely stop in again.

Gourmet and tasty dishes in a very nice environment. Was served the eggplant rollatini, and the special of blackened sea bass, very exquisite, with an equally excellent service by Katherine.

We stopped here for dinner on our way home from attending a Rutgers football game and we dined outside on the patio. Our dinner was delicious and our server Alexander was amazing. He was very personable and professional and gave us wonderful recommendations. Our Scallops and Osso Buco were very good! We will definitely return when we are in the area!

We went here for a special occasion and would return for special occasions. My scallops were seared perfectly and were medium rare. The veggies were fresh and crisp. Our server was attentive and our table was reserved ready to go. Only gripe, the interior could use a refresh as it is a bit sterile and dated.

I was driving near the area and stopped by with my mom on a weekday for lunch. Unfortunately the outside sitting was not available that day. We loved everything we ordered! Service was great.

Another restaurant that was on our foodie radar for awhile. Old time looking Inn that adds ambience to the dining experience. Was also pleasantly surprised by the dinner as well. I had clams in a white wine broth for an appetizer. A Dinner special was Venison medallions in a sherry wine glaze. I have to say both were extremely good 👍.
