This was awesome! They didn't have as many flavors as I hoped, but what they had was awesome! I would recommend Menchie's over Sweet Frog any day--- especially if you live near Gahanna. I was very pleased with the price, as well. I filled my cup up with all kinds of goodies--- yogurt, toppings, and caramel--- and it was only 5 and some change! I was like #winning! ;-) Also, the girl that was working there was so friendly! I talked with her for several minutes! She was one of the best customer service representatives I've seen in a long time! I will definitely be back this summer--- and even the winter!
I give two stars because I absolutely love frozen yogurt and the yogurt is good. So was this location until recently. I have been coming to this location for 4+ years; never once had an issue. I have even spoke to the owner numerous times, I’m not sure if this location is under new ownership or what. However, now, the customer service at this location is intolerable! Sandra acted as if the taste tester cups came out of her paycheck, she set 4/5 out at a time instead of filling the silver tray like they should be. There is no reason a customer should have to ask for a tester cup especially with a large rush crowd. Not only was she stingy with the tester cups she assumed my mother & I were paying together as she got nasty about us waiting to weigh them all together. Well no Sandra we’re not paying together thanks for asking. Their machines are never full, there is always many out of service.There is a Menchie’s on sawmill road that I HIGHLY recommend, never issues with customer service, out of service machines, assumptions & tester cups.
My daughter was celebrating a school achievement today, and Sandra and Serena made her feel so special. They were both so friendly and professional which left a lasting impression on our family. Excellent service, staff and cleanliness.
Delightful! Very kind employees. After we ate our yougurt, we went to our car and found our battery was dead. One of the employees had jumper cables and offered to give us a jump. Amazing!! Not to mention... Awesome flavors and toppings!! And the fresh fruit is beautiful!! Love this little spot in Gahanna. Such a happy place.
A favorite destination for delicious frozen treats. The plentiful toppings are always fresh and well-stocked. The owner and his staff are friendly and willing to share their knowledge about new products and interesting combinations of flavors. We pass two other locations to enjoy this clean store located near the intersection of N. Hamilton and Havens Corners roads, in Gahanna, Ohio.
I love the frozen yogurt and all the assorted toppings. It's easy to taste all the flavors and decide what you want. My favorites include the tart vanilla and milk chocolate. After you fill your yogurt cup and add toppings, your cup is weighed and charged per ounce
The yogurt was good but they didn't have a wide array of flavors. The standard strawberry wasn't offered and I was disappointed. My granddaughter enjoyed hers though.
