Always a great time at Mellow Mushroom! They have a big menu with tons of variety, and plenty of options for dietary restrictions. They can make the pretzels vegan- but the beer cheese is a must, and save it for your crust! There are clearly marked vegetarian dishes in most menu sections, including some vegan and gluten free options as well. Our service was great! They have a ton of drink options, with or without alcohol.

I love it here! The staff is always friendly, the food is ALWAYS good. Some complain about wait time, but I've never had a problem. I usually go right after the busy lunch time. Drinks are amazing and my favorite is the "Holy Shitake Pizza" & the spinach dip! My kids love the pretzels. They're always fresh! I always order Medium, very generous portions.

Last time we came, in April, it wasn't busy, and had bizarre service. The bartender had a nervous breakdown and left, so finally a manager came and served us a beer. Hostess was very bland and unfriendly then , and was still there tonight, same atitude. amazing. Barkeep is still employed, handling things better on a busy night. Victoria, our server tonight was very attentive and reliable. At the end of the meal we had left half of our pizza in the form of bread, on the platter. I think the surface ratio of toppings to bread was about 50%, maybe less. We weren't looking for compensation, but felt it important to at least let them know this might be our last visit. Victoria took the plight to a supervisor, they didn't bother to come out, so Victoria got her tip for great service, and this restaurant saw the last of us.

I was passing through town, and saw they had a location near the hotel. I had heard about the chain, but never had been there. Grabbed a couple pizzas to go. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the place had the "cool" vibe they seem to try to achieve. Pizzas were good. Toppings were plentiful and seemed to be of good quality. Crust had a great flavor and was crispy on the outside and chewy on the interior. It was not cheap, but I would definitely visit this, or one of their other locations, again.

Been a good while since I ate here and it very tasty. Large selection of good foods, from pizza to salads. Our sever was polite, knew the menu well & our food was on time.

It was a pretty good dining experience I eat pizza a whole lot and this made the cut so to speak Pros: many topping options including some obscure stuff you've likely never had on a pizza thick or thin crust Large beer selection including local pulls Cons: Youngsters working here should practice with some of the senior staff the intricacies of seating, etc. Train the youngsters a little more. They're willing to do a good job but put an awkward touch on the experience. This isn't a big con but my suggestions below: 1. When you seat a person, the high traffic seats near the doors and kitchen, those need to go last and only in. FULL restaurant. These are similar to the "poop seat" on an airplane. Just don't seat people there if you don't have to. Last thing anyone wants is disruption while eating. 2. Watch when guests enter and leave. If you wish every guest who leaves mindlessly a good night... and that guest goes to the bathroom, vapes, etc... you're wishing that guest a good evening maybe like four times? Just watch for when they're paying or leaving with their boxes and then, then wish them an evening.

Kind if a long wait for food , but it was a very busy night, our waiter Johnathan was very attentive , he kept checking on us and kept us updated on our order. The food was excellent ( well worth the wait ) and their cocktail " Sunset in Paradise " was DELICIOUS ! highly recommend . We will definitely be back 😊

Great food and great beer! Pretzel bites with a mild beer cheese dip was a good shareable appetizer. I had the Holy Shitake pie with added steak 9n our server's recommendation and it was amazing, with flavorful mushrooms and tons of cheese. The small original crust is a meal for two, bring a date or get a box (I ate the whole thing...) there is a decent brew selection with some Kentucky-brewed favorites from Lexington Brewing Company. IPA goes well with pizza.
