Friendly and helpful staff. Funky, fun, and clean interior. I did not order any food, as I just needed to wait about half an hour before meeting someone at a different store. But the bartender was very nice and helpful. She knew about the different beers on tap, and we had a good conversation about them. I'll definitely return here the next time I'm in Aiken.
Very disappointing. Came here very often and even though the service was not that good, food was great, until tonight. Took 1hour to get appetizer, the pizza that followed was cold and undercooked. Send it back it was returned with the cheese hot but dough still undercooked.
Stopped in here while checking out Aiken. The waitresses and staff were super helpful and took care of us very well. We ordered a pizza and the chicken club with a couple of beers. Overall the food was pretty good. I was disappointed in tater tots and should have went with the chips instead. The pizza was nice and fresh, the flavor was good but not my favorite pizza ever. It was slightly warm in the dining area but it was very hot that day so it was to be expected. I will say the beer selection was awesome. There are some beers choices I haven't seen before. All that said I would definitely come back to try some other pizza flavors. I probably won't order a sandwich again but the service was amazing and made the stopping worth it just for that!
I order a simple hoagie and it was never made. The management of this place is terrible. The server was good but to not tell the staff that there is broken equipment is just bad management. Then the sandwich was removed from my bill graciously since I did not receive without the manager coming and explaining how they screwed up. Again bad management. They did not offer any discount or any offer. Bad management
I originally ordered a gluten free pizza, the waiter came back and said that they were out of the gluten free crust so I ordered the pizza burger with no bun, and mushrooms instead of pepperoni, they gave me a sad looking burger pattie on a plate, and no mushrooms, I had to ask twice for them, and they brought it to the table 15 minutes before anyone else got their food, it was not a good experience. I emailed the person that responded to my review but sadly haven't heard anything from them since.
Quality has been consistently declining for online orders. Stop making pizzas that are mostly crust….I know the crust is good, but it’s like 75% crust. Lol…
Picked up pizza. This is a slice from a large. Always get the same Shitake Pizza with truffle oil. Froze the last piece to eat a week later. Quick defrost in microwave then few minutes in oven. Terrific!
The spicy margarita is a delicious. Great atmosphere, superb customer service by MCkenly and tasty appetizers. We were too full for big meals .
