User Reviews

I had the chance to stop by Meet Tea today and was pleasantly surprised by their service and braised pork rice. The pork was tender, soaking up the flavorful sauce it was cooked in. Paired with the slightly rice, it was a comforting and hearty meal that reminded me of homemade dishes. While I originally came in for their boba, this dish will definitely have me coming back for more. If you're in the mood for authentic flavors and hearty portions, give it a try!

Been coming to this place for years. The drinks and food are fine, but the service went terribly bad recently. This includes the cashier being super rude (no proper manner, very slow responds sometimes forgot to take my orders) and pre-orders being ignore (meaning I ordered 1 hour in advance, called to confirm and they straight up told me that they are too busy to check, and will call back in 30 minutes). If this happened a few times, I wouldn’t write a review. But it happened so much, that I’m literally writing a review while waiting in store.

I ordered the avocado coconut latte but it was really bad. I asked the worker if it was possible to make something else and he quickly replaced my order with a different drink that he helped me pick out. Very attentive if you work up the courage to ask for help. I will be frequenting this boba shop often from now on (:

They have some very unique drink combinations and I enjoy trying new things. Lots of seating, digital ordering kiosk. Love that they have snacks and small bites. I would definitely come back when I’m in the area.

I ordered a Cheese Peach and it tasted good 👍,even though the name sounds a little bit weird lol.Nice place and good customer service. I absolutely will back again.

Seems like the other bad reviews are talking about this same young female worker that I also had. I really hope the manager sees this, but if the manager doesn’t do anything about it, ALEXIA, you are acknowledged here for giving the worst customer service. I told my kids that you were the perfect example of WHAT NOT TO BE when they become young adults. I also called after my visit and spoke to ALEXIA (thanks for putting the server’s names at the top of receipts). While she kept trying to direct me to call the next morning to speak to her manager, she spoke in mandarin to her female coworker on the side (the other girl seemed like she was decently doing her job by treating customers like human), I surprised her with my mandarin and told her I’ve never met anyone who was so rude to their customers for NO REASON. Even my 7 year old daughter asked me why she didn’t apologize to us for the long wait. IF it was busy, I would completely understand, but only 4 blended drinks and 3 orange juices were made in the 30 minutes before my 3 drinks were finally made. Below was what I ordered: 1) I asked if the watermelon juice with boba could be turned into a watermelon slush. She answered no. 2) I then asked to order a strawberry smoothie with boba, she said ok, but then said it’s actually strawberry banana. Ok sure 👍 3) my son wanted a mango drink they had on a poster next to the register, Alexia said they don’t have the ingredients for that, ok, I talked my son into getting the cookies n cream with boba 4) I then asked for a recommendation of their most popular tea and ordered the chrysanthemum tea for my mom My mom was so upset that Alexia purposefully took long and we both also saw her eat a snack in the middle of making our drinks. My mom wanted to give Alexia a piece of her mind, but held back since my 2 young kids were with us. Overall, WE WILL NEVER AGAIN GO BACK and I don’t recommend that place to anyone so as long as Alexia still works there. To the other young girl who works there: I hope you can be a bigger person to not allow co-workers like Alexia to badly influence you.

I came here last night, and I ordered a strawberry popping slush. It tastes so amazing.10/10 for the drink,10/10 for the place and 10/10 for the customer services.

Coming here was the worst experience I ever had for sure. The man at the register was rude. I placed my order of one tea and had to wait forever. I was the first person in line. Then another woman came in and I saw him making her drink and he wasn’t alone. There was a woman working with him. Her order was completed before mine. First and last time I’ll ever go there.
