Phenomenal place if you’re looking for a good burger ! Exquisite taste to their burgers, meat was cooked just right. It was a pleasure coming here for a good lunch comfy for dining in as well. Savory & Sweet options to chose from really recommend if you’re close around to come here for lunch . Will definitely be coming back and recommending your Barrington location! Thank you Meatheads!

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and will definitely be back. We ordered a burger, hot dog, nacho fries, onion rings, chocolate shake, and egg sandwich and it was all great. The hot dog took us right back to the ball park. Prices were good and the service was quick and courteous.

I made a rather large order for my family this afternoon. I purposefully organized our order ahead of placing it in the drive thru, to eliminate confusion and aid in the ease of taking our order. I ordered 2 CA Turkey Burgers, 2 Angus burgers (one with Swiss instead of American cheese), 2 Jr. Chicken tender meals (fries, apple juice and ranch for both), and 2 large fries. At the very end of the order, I reiterated that there are 4 burgers and two chicken tender orders. The operator said "yes" and proceeded to give me my total (around $56). They didn't repeat the entire order back to me (something in retrospect, I, the customer, perhaps should've insisted). After waiting about 10 minutes, they gave us a bag and said their exit "thank you." I immediately noticed and reminded them that we needed two apple juices. While they went to retrieve the juice, we checked our bag and noticed we were short a turkey burger. I brought this to their attention and they said "you were only charged for 3 burgers. " I said, no, I ordered 2 turkey burgers and two Angus and I even said we will have 4 burgers and 2 chicken tenders at the end of our order." The operator said, "yes, I know but you were charged for 3." I was then told to pay for the additional burger (about $13) and wait (an additional 6 minutes). I'm not cold-hearted. I understand that many establishments are short staffed. But this problem could've been avoided if staff repeated the order back to the customer...especially with larger orders. Additionally, I think it would've been nice (since the restaurant understood that the error was on their end) to comp us the burger they missed since we had to wait additional time for our complete order. Or, throw in a cookie or whatever as a way of saying "sorry for the inconvenience that we caused." This isn't the first time I've had an issue with an order with them. I want to support more neighborhood-focused businesses like Meatheads but gosh...I hate spending well over $50 on drive thru that takes a while as is, and then on top of everything (including my due diligence to spell out our order) it is wrong! And then, they don't do anything on their end to offset the trouble for waiting even longer. It just feels like they don't value my business...so perhaps I shouldn't value theirs. Harsh but that was the sentiment that this experience left me with. I can order a turkey and angus burger elsewhere, and I probably will from here on out.

I love the burgers and Cajun fries. Nice people. Great food.

Great food as always. We miss the one in Schaumburg so we finally made our way to Barrington. As a vegetarian I love that they have a plant based burger now. I had it on top of their chopped salad and it was fantastic.

I was there to fix their server issue. They open at 11. I was there at 9 AM. No food was available. But the MOD, (manager on duty), graciously asked me if I wanted water. Nice place. Fixed the hiccup in the software/firmware. All good.

Burgers had a tiny beef patty, stale fries, and bad customer service. I don't think I'll ever be back here again.

Was in the town an decided to stop by. Best decision I’ve made in awhile! Food was fresh from burgers to the buns! Frys were hot an salted perfectly! Worth every penny will be back!
