I know Mark's is not the cheapest place to get a pizza. I always went there anyway BC I like there product. Lately they have been messing my orders up and just recently didn't even make my call ahead order. I called my order in the guy tells me 15-20 minutes and $35. I go in to pay about 15 min later and he tells me 20 minutes. The dough for my order is still on the counter. I took my money back and took my business elsewhere. I ordered the same thing and it will cost me $28. Mark's is a rip off. They have good food(when they make it) but their customer service is very poor.
Highly disappointed. As someone who has worked in the food industry for several years along with being the general manager of a restaurant, the lack of professionalism shown by the shift at 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM on 6/12 was appalling. Put in an order and it wasn't ready in the stated time. Alright, that's fine. Go back later and they said the order was scrapped and would take another 20. Did they throw away a $30.00 order that would've been done anyways? Take it for themselves? Who knows. Severely lacking of any modicum of professionalism or proper customer service. Losing a $30 order as well as any repeat business in the future. Disappointing.
Been a customer of Marks for years and was glad to see one when we moved out here. Marks in general keeps raising prices and reducing portion size. No longer worth going to anymore. The Manlius location for the third time in a row has not notified us that our pick-up order was ready resulting in an overpriced barely warm order. Won't be ordering from them often, if at all, going forward. Real shame.
Used to love this place...now they don't make the pizza crust as fluffy and there was barely any sauce! It was dry yet greasy...just awful. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of fast/friendly service.
$4 delivery charge? I live a half mile away and I'm a frequent customer. How do their drivers make any money when they're gouging their customers? Only reason I order from them is because my wife and my friends like the sheet pizza. Will be giving Pavones my business.
We love the food, though the pizza is thick style that isn't normall what I'd like, I love theirs. Their staff is also always very friendly and helpful.
Picked up the order on time and the food was soggy. Didn't think I could find a chicken wing I could dislike to not give it a second chance.The staff was nice though!
Very Filling! Love the dough. I'm the kind of guy who usually can eat at least half a pizza but I can barely scarf down 2 pieces of this stuff its so filling!! :D
