This place is fabulous! When I go in the early morning hours and buy bulk for a classroom, the people are always phenomenal! The store is clean and the staff are all outstanding. The energy is always positive and friendly. The owners and staff are all so kind and they do everything to accommodate you. Once you leave the business, you will be in a good mood for the rest of the day. Thanks for the old fashioned, respectful and personable customer service always!
Disappointing this Manhattan Bagel does not accept Manhattan Bagel coupons! Don’t be part of a franchise if you’re not going to accept your own coupons! Update - I never got a response to my email

Love this particular MB! Although it's a chain, the employees make it feel like family. Never had a problem with an order and food is always fresh & tasty. Even when they are crazy busy, we are always greeted with a smile & kind words. Love you guys! Thanks for making our weekend breakfasts the best! Even when we arrive closer to lunch...😏
Food is great. The only thing im disappointed about is they don’t make macaroni salad as a side when you order a sandwich meal. They give you an extra pickle.

Manhattan bagel Bayville doesn’t even deserve a one star review!! Numerous times I’ve called on the weekend in the mornings to place an order. They either disconnect me or put me on hold and never come back to the phone. If you then hang up and try to call back, they purposely take the phone off the hook I know because I will drive there to place my order in person and see that the phone is off the hook as they make jokes about it while they’re preparing the food THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!! Time to make a corporate complaint
