The bagels are good the issue with this store is ownership. Myself and another person that was ahead of me walked in and we're waiting to take our order and a telephone call comes in and the guy takes the telephone call ahead of us so I mentioned to the guy hey not for nothing but this is one of my pet peeves if we're here first why does the person on the telephone get priority? So then he tells me that this guy is his friend and I said it doesn't matter whether he's your friend or not we were here first we should be treated and served first he then basically blows off my comment and I told him he can go to hell and that he just lost a customer.
Not a bad bagel spot. The location is very convenient. Staff is always super nice, especially the woman with the long beautiful black hair. She's very professional and sweet. Bagels are fresh and delicious. Never had a bad sandwich from here. My only complaint is that they hardly answer the phone on the weekends, I guess because they are so busy. Great place!
Called to place an order for pickup lady on the phone was rude. I’ve ordered before and something is always missing or the order taste different so I Just hung up and I’m never ordering from there again.
Will not be back.. extremely rude staff. I was ignored and skipped for a friend of the staff when came my turn to order, was debating if I should leave or stay then saw a roach scurry under the door to the kitchen, so I left.. I don't understand how this place has a 4-star rating. There are so many 1-star reviews, mentioning rude staff and roaches on many of them.
Ordered on seamless. Restaurant cancelled half of the order because they were out of a flavored cream cheese when they could have just called me for a substitute. They delivered a couple omelets with crunchy raw undercooked potatoes and provided Mayo to go with toast!? Also no utensils to eat with. I called to get the missing items and utensils delivered and the first person that answered the phone she hung up on me. The second guy argued that Mayo is butter, use my fingers to eat an omelette and told me that every time they do not have a flavored cream cheese they just remove that bagel and send incomplete orders without letting the customer know.
I dont think they know what well done means, the home fries they sent werent even fully cooked. Bacon egg and cheese on a roll was subpar as well.
I have eaten in so many bagels places, but I keep coming back here. The flavor of the bagels is unbelievable. Everyone should try it here.
Literally passing by & wanted a bagel.. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches… delicious! Friendly entire female staff!!! I highly recommend this place!!!
