Breakfast Menu "Maialina Pizzeria Napoletana" Moscow

A welcoming atmosphere serving delicately prepared food using really some of the freshest and best tasting local ingredients. Service was excellent, always with a smile. The daily specials are often creative takes on some classics. Today, we had a really flavorful dessert pizza, a Neapolitan crust lightly spread with custard and topped with blackberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries lightly sprinkled with cinnamon. Every-time we visit the Pullman-Moscow area right at the border of Washington and Idaho, Maialina is a must go to dining experience. Just one additional thing, tips is already included in the bill, no need for doing mental mathematics.

I had lunch with my mother and sister here and it was amazing! It was my first time going to Maialina and it was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks. Their organic cherry cream soda is super good, and their pesto chicken sandwich is fantastic! Definitely will be back.

Food was amazing. The wait staff were a bit busy. I had the salmon pizza and it was a bit salty, but lots of good smoky flavor and nice balance of bread, protein, and sauce. Highly recommend this place if you have time!

It's a fun place to go. Wood fired pizza and delicious nutrition salads. Waitress really friendly. I git a free pizza because it was my birthday.

Fancy ambience, quick service, polite and friendly staff. We took 2 8 oz wines, Valentine’s special pasta and Pizza followed by a olive oil lemon cake as a dessert. We paid $85 for all these items which was more than sufficient for 2 people. Food tasted good and quality was good too. Hygiene is maintained. Right in the heart of Moscow downtown. Public parking and street parking is close by (3 minute walk on an average). It does bother me as their specials written on the board sell out always when I wish to order them. P.S. We usually go here on special occasions only given the price for food, definitely recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maialina Pizzaria in Moscow, Idaho. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right amount of light to create a cozy yet elegant ambiance. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The menu featured a wide selection of pizzas, but I settled for the pesto pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The thin crust was crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy in the middle and it was loaded with delicious cheeses, prosciutto, fresh seasonal greens, house made pesto, caramelized onions, and toasted pine nuts. The Saba reduction to top it completed this exquisite flavor palette. To accompany our meal, we ordered a glass of wine which paired perfectly with the pizza. Overall, Maialina Pizzaria is an excellent spot for delicious Italian cuisine right in the heart of Downtown Moscow. I promise, you will not be disappointed! Support local!

The food is good. The service is terrible. We celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday here last night and waited one hour and 15 minutes for our food. AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES! I understand the kitchen being backed up when you're busy, but what would've been helpful was if our server had communicated this long before she actually did. In fact, she only came by our table once in the whole time after taking our dinner order. She also wouldn't accommodate a drink order, and she was curt and obviously irritated whenever we had a question about the menu. I have to wonder if having the tip built into the cost keeps the service from being outstanding? After all, what motivation is there to provide top notch service if you aren't worried about getting a tip? In summary: communicate with your table if their food is going to be awhile and please be friendly and accommodating. If you can't be accommodating? be kind and at least a little apologetic.
