This place has never let me down. Hands down, the best burgers around this area. I was so ready for my Refeed meal.💪🏻😎 Server was great and friendly. Comfortable atmosphere. Will be back soon. Another great burger today. Absolutely Awesome.
So, Zach was a good server and bartender. There was a ton of customers and only him on the bar side. The fried pickles were great. The wait time, though,was ridiculous. Seemed short staffed which happens all to frequently these days.
We ate lunch here today. We had the best experience we've had for a very long time anywhere in Galax. It has become a job to find somewhere good all around to eat out at. Mostly we end up wishing we had just cooked and saved ourselves the hassle. Today was a refreshing treat! Our waiter was great! Food was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot and delicious! I highly recommend giving Macado's a try for lunch!
Anyway my husband and I came in tonight with our grandchild. We waited for 45 minutes after being seated and nobody came to even take our drink order. Everyone else were getting waited on except us. We finally got up and walked out at 9:50 pm we went to Wendy’s and ate and now we are headed home at 10:17pm. Granted it wasn’t what we were wanting for dinner tonight but we got service and was not worked completely around or ignored! I understand that times can be hard or busy or even under staffed but when others that came in when we did and after us was served and we couldn’t even get a tea or soda, that’s pathetic. We were very disappointed with the service tonight. Not sure that we’ll be back! We got no food or drinks! No service at all. When we were being seated we were seated at a table without a light and one of the waitresses did offer to move us but we were fine with where we was! That was thoughtful of her and we appreciated that.
Probably had an off night, but it’s a cool spot and what we got was good. Tried to have dinner this evening but it wasn’t in the stars, we literally waited over an hour and had to leave, for a couple salads and a wrap. What made it more frustrating is that our server disappeared for most of it. We did get 10 wings, those were good. Hopefully they can get things ironed out. Will give this another try in the future.
Running under a limited menu, but the food was good. My only complaint I have is that the wait time was super long, almost over thirty minutes for two plates of food. I get they must’ve been short staffed but it was still a decent amount of time. Our server, Link, was cool. I’d come back if I wasn’t waiting forever. It may have just been due to short staff ,can’t fault them for that! But besides that slight inconvenience, I enjoyed my meal!
They are some what limited on food options due to equipment issues. Service was very good 👍 can't remember her name. My turkey/bacon club on rye was enough to feed 2 or 3. Not complaining! Macaroni salad is very good also!
Very clean, great atmosphere, great service, amazing staff. Amazing food Would give ten stars if I could
