Recently moved to Lindenhurst, being Italian I am always looking out for a delicious slice of pizza or a pie. I totally enjoyed my order, and they made it to my liking-lightly cooked. I plan on being a customer of Luigi's for a long time. If you haven't tried them, please do, you will be doing your wallet and stomach a favor.
I have always ordered from Luigis and today they sent a wrong pie (grandma, picture shown, instead of a sicilian) and tried to tell me I was wrong. They were nasty and when we asked to come back with the pie and get the correct they said sorry were closing. That was not the right answer. I asked for a refund and they said because we did it through an app I had to call them. I called and then the app said they called Luigis and they wouldn't authorize a refund. I will not be going back that is not how you treat customers. We also ordered a round pie and the cheese was burnt (that was not the first time that happened). I guess that should have been a sign to not go back.
Stopped in because I was right outside for my job. Glad I did. Clean restaurant, friendly people and great pizza hot and ready. Frozen ready to heat and eat meals were available. And ample seating. Lots of great choices for anyones taste.
The people behind the counter are not welcoming. I got the Wedbesday special price pizza abd maybe that's the reason they weren't happy about it. If they are gonna treat people unwelcomed for picking up special priced pizza why do they do that. Pizza was mediocre. Nothing fancy about it. First and last time in this store
Pizza is so delicious. Crust is soft and crispy at the same time. Easy to chew.
Great pizza at reasonable price. Staff is amazing. They always help out the school and community.
The one person behind the counter treated us like we were clearly in the wrong neighborhood. He was very short and barely looked Us in the eye and the service was nothing to be desired. Thankfully the pizza tasted good, although I literally had to go home and cook the sausage pizza over again in my oven because it was not cooked fully. The sausage is clearly needed more time before they would be safe to eat. But he was so short I did not want to stop and have another conversation with him when the food was ready. I figured it was safer if I just took it and went and it myself. Thumbs-down down experience.
I live in the middle of the country Kansas to come home NY Lindenhurst and find an authentic pizzeria 2023 dinner deals for us families on the go veal baked ziti and eggplant parm ok Impressed thank you very much the Sicilian pie garlic knots the cannoli delicious sitting here watching the storm come in thank you so much for the Longisland hospitality I believe li is going to be home again
