The reason I gave 1 star’!!! Been going here since I’ma little girl. Best food around. But…. This happened ..

I order Singapore Mei fun extra spicy.. it missing alot of seasoning.. not spicy at all.. got charge for extra spicy too..

We have been patronizing this place for over a decade. May and her family run a great operation! We watched her daughter grow into a bright young lady and with a bit more experience, she will be running that place as gracefully as her mother. I highly recommend the spareribs! Boneless or not, they are always juicy and delicious!

On Saturday I was at my neighbors house and he ordered food from lucky fortune, unfortunately they bought the wrong order, he called them and explained you sent me the wrong order, the lady on the other end of the phone ask "you touch", "you touch" he said no and kept telling him "this what you order" and he kept telling her no I did not order this. The driver came and delivered the correct order and took the wrong order back. Why? Now on top of that of course to see that the order was wrong he had to open it. I said why would you take this back after you've placed this in another customer's hand at their home leave them comeback with the correct and ask for the latter. With all these viruses going around I ask why are you taking it back and what will you do with it, he said "maybe the owner do something I don't know" verbatim. Well never order from this place. The reason I'm posting this cause this is s wrong practice,

Never again and it's sad too because my husband and I have been eating there since we were kids. Nothing had changed owner wise either. They have just become sloppy and lazy! We don't order Chinese very often and lately every time we do their food gets worse. The sesame chicken is either hard as a rock or stringy. their boneless ribs are garbage too. They have a young girl answering the phone taking orders and she has an attitude. Probably because the kid doesn't want to work which at her age who could blame her. She doesn't know how to take orders tho. I had to repeat myself 5 times to her that it was for pick up and what the order actually was. It's a shame!

Think they're great. I typically get their General Tso's Chicken and it's really good. I prefer steaming dumplings with a thicker shell, but the flavor of them from here is incredible so it doesn't even matter.

I was going to leave it alone but I'd want to know if a restaurant did to someone what was done to me so I've decided to share.... I started ordering from this place about a year ago. Great place I thought until the last 2 times I ordered, I got very sick. Then On Sunday November 21st, the delivery guy comes to my house with an order with a total equaling around what I usually spend. Problem is I didn't order this time. My fiance told the driver we didn't order anything. The driver showed my fiance the receipt which had his name on it and again he said we didn't order. After about a few minutes of my fiance having to tell this guy we did not order and we're not taking the order, the driver finally left.

I love my chinese food & have been trying different spots as most have gon downhill. Got ribs that were smothered in a pretty gross bbq sauce not really chinese style, got general tso's chicken that was just tuff & chewy, a couple egg rolls that were both roasted to a burnt crisp & wonton soup which was good buuuuut overall, yuck
