On a solo road trip. Sat at the bar and ate the salmon salad. It was absolutely delicious and also huge. The salmon and asparagus were warm/hot and cooked just right. The avocado was plentiful and perfectly ripe. There were loads of greens, and they put the dressing on the side for me so I didn't have to suffer overdressed salad. Yes would definitely go again.

I will be honest this would probably be a 5 star review if I haven't been to Rome. Comparing American Italian food to actual Italian food isn't fair to the American restaurants. Not what I was expecting for Elko NV. The portions were huge. If you left hungry, it's your own fault. We started either the Fried Ravioli nachos. They were amazing. I had the chicken sausage carbonara. Overall, very good dish. A little under seasoned. Roman food has much more salt from the ingredients used. My wife agreed, and her pappardelle with chicken and garlic was missing the same Italian seasoning. That being said, my son and daughter in law had the Filet Medallions and Lamb Shank and were very satisfied. For desert, we shared the chocolate mouse and the Berry Cheese cake. They were amazing.

The food is always delicious! The amount of food you get is enormous so I always have leftovers to take home. And don't forget to ask for dessert! I love some creme brulee

Started with a bottle of Pinot Noir from Alexander Valley. Ordered the Salmon Salad. My first bite I noticed the candied walnuts were rancid. Told the owner and was informed they were fresh. I don't care when you bought them. You can smell they are rancid! No apology. The salad came w/o any salad dressing. Had to wait to get the servers attention to order it. It has asparagus that was overcooked and soft. Not recommended for a salad. My partner ordered the Eggplant Parmesan Lasagna. It was mushy. We would not order either one of these again. Nice warm atmosphere.

Luciano’s was a great place to stop into for lunch. Quaint little place with a full bar and bar seating or entry into main dining room. Parking was limited but available either in the lot next to building or on the main Street. Seating varies from bar seating, booths, to table seating. We went at lunch time and it wasn’t too busy. Waitress was nice and personally knew our guide as well as other patrons in the restaurant. I personally like that- to me, that speaks volumes. Service was prompt and cordial with recommendations since myself and my guests hadn’t been there before. Food was pretty good compared to other restaurants in the area. The chicken piccata was rather decent for the area. Chicken Alfredo looked good and grilled to perfection. The steak was also appropriately grilled- medium rare and the steak sandwich was a legit steak in a sandwich! I was particularly impressed by that as the bun didn’t fall apart and was NOT soggy at all. Drinks were consistently strong and bathrooms were cute. It was affordable.

We love coming here, the staff is usually very good and quick. Food is great and the setting is mellow. There's great wine options. I've posted the menu to help! *updated the menu options* Visited again and the service was bit underwhelming. It was busy so we chock a bit of it up to being understaffed. The food quality has declined a bit. Less passion and more just filling orders. Definitely a nice place for Italian food but it used to be better. We'll come back again and see how it is.

I couldn't believe the cuisine. Stopping in Elko for the night and discovered this gem. Authentic, from scratch Italian food. You must come and check it out. Full bar, great pasta, the clams in wine sauce was divine. Ambiance, service, food. Worth every penny!

Absolutely amazing Italian food. Giant portions with the freshest ingredients. So .... we went two nights in a row, because the food is that good. We thought we would never come back to Elko. We will come back for this restaurant. We need at least 10 more nights to try everything that looks amazing. Thanks Luke for the amazing Mango Rum Cheesecake. Can't wait to see you again.
