Lovely dinner with great service by our server Maria. Stunning view of the ocean. I had the special of the chef shrimp over grits, very delicious! Husband had the conch chowder and they provided a liquid pepper sauce to spice to your own liking, he said it was excellent! Also the pre meal bread was so yummy served nice and hot melt in your mouth!! Thank you for a great meal!

We made reservations well in advanced and were sat promptly upon arrival. Our waiter was intense but made us laugh. The food was fantastic. I took points off for atmosphere as we were sat at a two top under an air vent…the vent was leaking condensation and it was dripping on me & our table. It dripped in my drink at one point. Even our waiter called it out and physically moved our table to try and help us escape the drip. For an upscale restaurant, I would appreciate a more sophisticated set up. Not wise to have a table under a dripping vent.

Beautiful setting whether you are inside or out. Sitting at the bar overlooking the gorgeous ocean provides a certain calmness hard to match anywhere. Marcy was attentive and cheerful. The coconut crusted grouper could not have been cooked more perfect. Kudos to the chef for the flavorful bok choy: tender with just enough crisp. Conch fritters were nice and moist and not over cooked. Pretty special key lime pie with a beautiful presentation.

Louie's is one of those places that is hard to rate. On one hand I've been coming here since 2000 and the food is pretty good. The bad part is the consistency. Food comes out overcooked one night and comes out perfectly the next. With that said, the views are spectacular and honestly is a place to go if you've never been.

Great locatiUon right on the water. I like going for lunch. We've been at least once and enjoyed the dining and surroundings as well as the water being right there. Definitely make reservations well in advance especially if you are going for a sunset here. Food is good and a bit pricey. The outside dining is the best. Drinks are good, staff is friendly and the Chefs are creative. We will definitely be going back. Urban Cowgill

Really cool back back bar with a really nice bartender. Wood floor, umbrellas, right on the water, so it's pretty ideal beach vibes. I got the conch red chowder and my buddy got the conch fritters. Both very good! They gave a bread basket as well, which was amazing for dipping into the chowder. The chowder also came with an additional hot sauce (bottle with the cork in the photo). This is right next to dog beach, so you can put your toes in the water before/after. I liked this place.

We ate downstairs and inside and enjoyed every moment. Great service and delicious food. Our 8 year old son said it was the best we’ve had. I tried his burger and agreed. My fish tacos were extraordinary and my wife loved her salad and sangria.

The restaurant and outside seating are gorgeous. Our waitress was very impatient and didn't provide the kind of service you expect at a restaurant with high prices. The coconut crab cake appetizer was delicious, but the ahi tuna entree was way too salty and was served with some type of bok choy that was so tough I couldn't cut it with my knife or bite into it. And the bread pudding was not very good. Pretty disappointing when you're charged $42 for an entree.
