I have mixed feelings about this dining experience. Really different Asian fusion food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was great but a tad slow all the food comes out when it is ready. So if you are eating as a group, it can be a challenge. But if you are all sharing, works out well. Plan for it. We had an oversight for a food allergy, the seats were hard and uncomfortable; not going to linger over my meal. We were told about happy hour specials, as we were seated. I have a back injury and could not sit at a high-top table in the bar area. We were then told that happy hour specials only applied to people sitting in the bar. Some items are not available if they run out. And for 6pm on Saturday night, had already happened with dessert. No other options either. Not a bad place, if I returned I’d want to have my expectations set ahead of time for this type of dining experience.

I have been a server for many years. And I am very critical about service and food. But this place was so wonderful. The food and service was beyond what I ever hoped for. Our server (bartender) Jeff gave my girlfriend and I such amazing service I am utterly blown away at everything that establishment has to offer. The management was amazing and hands on, and their food recommendations were spot on. I am not a huge asian cuisine enthusiasts, but they have completely altered my views. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you again Lotus Pad, and Jeff for your outstanding service.

Server was so soft spoken she was difficult to hear. She only brought out one of the dishes we ordered misunderstanding that we wanted to share both of the dishes we ordered. Never asked if we wanted white or brown rice and brought us white rice, when I realized there was a choice. She misguided us on how spicy the curry was and it was very spicy for us, burned our lips and was difficult to eat. She did bring out an extra order of tea for us and didn't charge for it which was very kind and helpful since it was so spicy. The food was very pricey for what you got. Probably won't try it again.

Excellent Thai restaurant and they adjusted the spice up for the dish at my request. It was well made and they didn't skip flavor to add spice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was fairly casual I almost mistook it for a quick service restaurant when I walked in.

Lettuce Wraps Saved a Star. We've been going to Asian mostly for some time as my wife is gluten sensitive and dairy free and Asian is usually a great option for us. I'm also a little hesitant when a place calls itself "Asian Fusion" because it usually means they aren't really great at any cuisine. My first fear/instinct was this will be overpriced, mediocre Asian. Then I got excited about the idea of trying something new and read the reviews and thought, I'll give it a chance. My first instincts were right. We ordered Tom Kha Gai was so gingery and salty mostly it was nearly inedible (and we LOVE salt!). The Vietnamese Rice, meh... The Drunken Noodles not that flavorful either. The only thing we had that was good (very good) was the Lettuce Wraps. Didn't order the fries but they looked good. I think (if we go back) we'd try just the fries and the Lettuce Wraps and call it a day. If you eat a lot of Thai (like we do) and are expecting good or even decent Thai, because most of their dishes are Thai themed, you'd do better just going to a decent Thai place.

5 stars is hard for me to give, but Michael and Marsha made it incredibly easy to give 5! Top notch customer service, and the Pad Thai was fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending to others. Great job guys! Keep it up.

Excellent menu, their food is cooked to order and tastes wonderful. I'm absolutely happy to wait for a fresh cooked meal rather premade like other restaurants. Their Ohio Mule drink is a great treat with any meal.

Pretty good food, but not the best thai I've had by any means. Be prepared for a decent wait if they're busy, due to limited cooking stations in their kitchen area. Also not the cheapest Asian cuisine around, but far from the most expensive either.
