I havent been to a Logans in 15 years. I was surprised that they no longer have the peanuts or the mess all over the floor. Upon being seated the manager Tyler came up and introduced himself and let us know he was available to assist us with any questions. Our server Hannah was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and an amazing meal. The food was hot and came out rather quickly, as ordered. Overall wonderful experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had our Pastor retirement party here, and the staff was amazing. They were very attentive to each of us, about 30 of us. Everyone need was meet. The food was off the chain and service was excellent. Hats off to the entire staff they that day. Sept. 2, 2023. I am sorry I can't remember all their names. Management is blessed to have such a nice,friendly and professional staff representing them. Thank you so much for making our pastor retirement party a success.
Traveling home and decided to eat here since it was close to our hotel. Server was amazing and fun. Food was great. I highly recommend this place.
My family chooses a restaurant in the area to visit periodically. We chose Logans this week. The experience was great. Our waitress was friendly and courteous. We were a party of 8. We received our food in a timely manner. No complaints. It's was great. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.
I am Canadian, and a long haul truck driver and restaurants are my hobby on the road. This was the first time I tried this chain and location. There are lots of selections to choose from and fantastic service from our server.
Rode a motorcycle there with my hubby. Host say us in the bar at a high table. Server was amazing! She was friendly, made suggestions, and was very attentive. It was late on Sunday about an hour b4 closing. App came out with my steak. Took awhile longer for my hubby's steak to get there. Ordered a steak to go and it took a good minute to reach us. I know the cooks & staff were trying to clean up and close. Food wasn't as I remembered it last time I was there, but service was awesome!
My first time eating here and I enjoyed it the food was good I bit cheaper that than Texas road house but almost as good the restaurant was clean the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. My mom felled and they went out of there way to insure that she was alright. They even paid for our meal the owner even called the next day to see if my mom needed anything I felt like this was a very touching thing that they did will be going back good food great service
Service was good. I know showing up at 830p can be awful for a server who's been on her feet for a few hours. She was very friendly and kept my Diet Coke full. I was also greeted happily at the door. Unfortunately, the food was a miss. The Caesar salad wasn't tossed because, as I was told, the mixing bowl had already been cleaned for the night. It just had a TON of dressing poured on it. I ordered The Logan, their signature sirloin, cooked medium. When it first came out, they asked me to cut into it. It was approaching rare. The problem here is that once I've cut through a steak, you can't simply put it back on the grill to get an accurate cook. Two smaller pieces ruin the benefit of ordering the larger steak. My final product was acceptable, at best. I'm willing to chalk this up to a crew that just wanted to get out of there for the night, although I won't condone it. I'd like to expect the same quality at 830p that I would at 5p.
