The server was so busy and so attentive, with a winning personality. The food was excellent. Ribs were cooked to perfection, and so was the rib-eye steak. We live in Ohio and were passing through. The atmosphere wasn't fussy, typical steakhouse decor, and wasn't too loud to hold a conversation. Will definitely be back when we come through again!
I got the cheesy bacon burger. O asked for no tomatoes and had to pick them off. No big deal. I asked for it to be cooked medium well and got burnt. It was so dry it fell apart and the top and bottom were burnt. I probably would have been really good if cooked right. Service could have gotten six stars. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. One of the other waters was having so much fun when he would interact with his customers he had me laughing. I would try again, hoping I just got the cook on a bad day.
Our food was good 👍🏿 Party of 15 and no one complained about thier order or appetizers. Why 3 stars on service and atmosphere? 1st when one of my party was asked how they wanted thier steak cooked he replied "Chicago style please" The waitress laughed at him and said "You mean Pittsburgh style" This wouldn't have been a problem if not for her condescending attitude and her corrective tone. Ummmm, you work at a "Steakhouse" you should know there is a Chicago style and Pittsburgh style (also called Black&Blue) and the difference between the two. He took the higher road and did not engage her. The hostess already had an attitude when we checked in with our large party. Our waitress seemed annoyed already soooo yeah. Not worth schooling her. Please, im not trying to be snobby or come off like a dix. Other than that, she did her job and we tipped her quite well. Food industry worker do not like to be mistreated, customers dont either. My next issue is that from the kitchen to both sides of the dinning areas was wet. It was being tracked through the restaurant. No warning signs visible. Tacky and unsafe.
This place is great! I love the decor and the food is top notch! We have eaten here several times, the place at times can be very cold 🥶 please take a coat or jacket if you’re old like us you’ll probably need it! The staff generally turns the cold air down if we ask several times! The steaks 🥩 are wonderful , a really great favor ! Shrimp too!!!! The staff here are so accommodating and helpful, very sweet and the ones we’ve had the pleasure to meet are proficient at their jobs Even the young man that was busing the tables was efficient and kind! So please try to remember to tip them well for they’re working hard to serve us well! Thanks for the great environment and food! You are great!😉😘🤗🤗❤️
Our server was excellent and checked on us 5 times. We got the salmon and sirloin steak. Food came quickly and was cooked perfectly. Enjoyed!
Not too bad. Shared some wings and ate some steaks. Ordered the Filet Mignon medium rare. Came out on the rare side, but interestingly enough, it was soft, tender and delicious. Shrimp was a bit overcooked. Everything else was fine.
Good place to eat if you're looking for a flavorful steak. On the other hand, we did have to wait 40 minutes for a table. Although the wait was lengthy, once seated, we ordered rather quickly and received our food within a reasonable time. Overall, we had a good experience and plan on returning when we're in the area again.
Just a reminder of Texas Roadhouse without the lively atmosphere or phenomenal food. Service was underwelming. Rolls were hard and steak was over cooked.
