Heith B. NEEDS A RAISE excellent customer service If I could give this place 10 STARS 🤩😁 I WOULD. Amazing food amazing service and EXCELLENT 👌 👌 👌 portions we loved it. This is are new place. To come to. Food plates was so beautiful it could be on a cover of a magazine great job 👍👍👍

Salad was good, but I ordered the steak rare and got it burnt with no seasonings on the outside, the inside was the same as my wife's medium rare. I told the manager, she did try to make it right. The server was good, and attentive. The kitchen just needs more practice.

stopped for a Tuesday dinner and had good fresh food with super attentive and efficient service. when our waitress got held up helping an elderly party with their orders, another waiter came to get our drink orders and get us started. loved the teamwork among the staff and had a good meal to boot. will definitely go back.

I really hate giving Logan's Roadhouse a less than great review, but! I have not heen there in many years and decided to give it a try by taking my wife out to dinner. Let's just say, the food wasn't great, just okay, I guess. The menus are old and hard to read because of fading. I ordered a rib eye steak. Lord of mercy, I thought they were trying to kill me with the amount of sodium that was in that thing (though the steak was tender and cooked right), but the taste? Mmmm, nah! Oh, I also had what they call roudhouse rice (kind of like a wild or packaged type rice) as a side with steamed Broccoli. Dude, the rice had hard, burnt pieces mixed in with the good shells of rice. Kinda like they scraped the bottom of the pot and served that to me. SMH.... The Broccoli was way over cooked/steamed and they didn't cut off the ends where you can see the black/dirt on the stem. I paid Logan's Roadhouse prices for a corner diner experience. My coffee was served like warm. The service from the wait staff was not bad. Good actually (except for the coffee). The atmosphere for this type of restaurant is not bad either. They just need to work on delivering great tasting food. The onion rings are overfried and not amazing. A ribeye steak should taste like a great cut of beef in your mouth not a oversalted piece of meat. Just my take, as well as my wife. Don't get me wrong, they are okay to take your family, they are not all bad, but, not the joint for a great dining experience, especially if one is on a special date. With all of that said though, I would still be open to give them another try in the future.

I ordered takeout on yesterday-2 orders of the Salmon. I was shorted one of my sides on one of my dinners. The bread was burnt and hard. Just terrible! I was not happy with my dinner. This is not the first time that I’ve had terrible service with Logan’s but I decided to give them another try but only to be disappointed once again! I hope management sees this review and will rectify this so that this doesn’t happen again.

Service was excellent. Food was sub par at best. I can make a better Ribeye and mashed potatoes at home. There was hardly any meat on the ribs and they were overcooked to a crispy burnt flavor. The blackberry lemonade was awesome though.

Worst $100 I have ever spent. Logan himself needs to come and fix this place. The legit only thing I can say good job about is the fact that I'm sure they hire felons. Our server was super intimidating. And honestly after waiting an hour to get my way over cooked steak and the disgusting soggy grease filled fried mushrooms and the side salad that was covered in cheese when my only request was no cheese. Everything was wrong. The entire staff just made for a very uncomfortable meal. You couldn't pay me to come back. The people running this establishment should be ashamed of it.

The burger I had was so-so and the crab cakes my wife had were less than that. The server was great, but the music from the speakers in the ceiling was too loud making it difficult to hear the conversation at our table.
