Service was friendly and reasonably fast, considering how busy it was. Since it was Good Friday, I had fish, which was very good. Baked beans and corn were good as well. The only complaint my companions had was that the Shrimp Scampy had too much garlic. But that's a personal preference, and I didn't taste it. I like garlick, so I probably would have liked it.
Never had a bad experience here, regardless of the city or state. They always have the same good atmosphere, wonderful servers, great cooks, and delicious food. Reasonably priced, it's a great place to stop on a road trip. Wish there were more closer to home. Highly recommend it.
The manager on duty today was very upbeat and on a mission to make sure that quality and customer satisfaction were a part of the plan. I did have a small issue and he went above and beyond to clear it up. My server was also amazing just very mindful of details and stopped by at just the right time each time. Come for lunch alone, bring the family, heck bring the friends also. Services world class and so are the folks 🙂
Evening meal there. The service was very slow beginning to end. Food was not what i remembered it to be. Had to ask for more than 2 rolls. Took so long to get waited on that 2 other couples walked out without ordering ahead of us. Sad because this used to be my go to place for my boyfriend and i it was our first restaurant to eat dinner together. No wonder longhorn is seen getting busier. Step it up and update get us back with the word getting out again like it used to be!!! Then we will be back!
Ate lunch there, ordered baked potato, but was told they were out and wouldn't have any for an hour. Trying to understand why at noon they didn't have any. They opened at 11 am, and they didn't know then they needed to bake more? Mashed potatoes were made from a mix and tasted like it. Steak was okay. Salad had something spicy in it. Couldn't eat it all. I don't think I will go back, shrugs don't live here so they got me for $20.
Our server was not very attentive. I had to ask another waitress to find our waitress. We sat for at least 10 minutes before we saw her just to get our drinks. She finally came, took our order and disappeared for a while, only once to check on our drinks. Not real sure I'll be back.
A clean establishment run by people of a kind nature and a welcoming attitude. The food is rather delicious and comes just the way you order it. I did not enjoy coming here in the past due to staffing choices, but now the staff is wonderful. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job.
Our steaks were covered in so much seasoning my wife couldn’t even eat hers and she ordered a different steak than what she received mine and my sons were overcooked and also destroyed with seasoning. After my wife complained about her steak the waiter all but abandoned us. We understand the steaks were not her fault and had she maintained a good attitude things would have been better. Not enough ice in our drinks to keep them cold. We had to ask for a separate napkin other than the one wrapping our silverware.
