Other then trying to serve my 9 year old a raw burger, the waitress was very nice and helpful.

While the service was wonderful, the food was disgusting. My tuna melt came out cold like it was in the fridge. Our 3 orders of fries were supposed to be well done, but they all came out soggy and saturated in oil. My husband's burger was dry to the point where it was hard, plus it was not hot either. Either hire new cooks, or get better warmers If you're not going to bring the food out once cooked.

I seen many low reviews on their profile. Honestly I do not think they were truly earned. My experiences here have been pretty good . The food comes out quick and hot, typical of a coney island. The waitstaff cannot all be Allstars, that is just the day and age we are in.. also it is a coney island. For a ranking among similar restaurants, I'd say this location is better than most hence my higher review

Upon arrival Immediatley noticed almost every single waitress had a mean/attitude look. It was only 4:30 on a Saturday. We had a small carry out of Saganaki w/ pita and a chicken noodle with pita. I put the bag securely by me so it wouldnt spill on my short ride home. Once un bagged I noticed the Soup drenched napkins. The Saganaki was also hard and alot smaller than other coney islands. Pita was also hard. Not sure how long this order was sitting as we live 5 mins away. Will not be returning to this location.

Great food and service, also reasonably priced. The fish and chips are great and my family and I really enjoying eating here.

Food was cold (soup), and I had to ask to reheat. Chicken finger pita was very cold 1/4 way through, but unfortunately, the cook left for the night, so I was stuck without dinner besides the reheated cup of lemon rice. Not the 1st time I have experienced issues at this particular location, which is unfortunate as years ago this was our family's go-to place to grab a bite to eat.

It was clean, and the food was amazing. Staff was friendly and polite. Will absolutely come back again.

Came for a birthday breakfast for my 9 year old son who is vegetarian. He wanted pancakes and they come with sausage or ham. I asked if they could substitute a handful of fries for the meat and she said no and wouldn't even ask. We've been here before and they were more than willing to work with us but not this waitress. Fries are cheaper than meat. We had to order a side of fries for an extra $3 instead. Happy birthday.
