Breakfast Menu "Leeann Chin" Blaine

Yuck! Ordered sweet and sour chicken thinking maybe it would be like the sweet and sour chicken in any other Asian restaurant. ALL it is is the exact same chicken ( dry, tasteless, deep fried slices ) as the lemon chicken with two ramekins of sweet and sour sauce instead of lemon sauce. The two ramekins were set on the counter and then picked up and smashed onto the top of my rice and pressed down into it by the server. How sickeningly disgusting and unsanitary is that? I couldn’t even eat my meal. Quality and customer care has really failed.

I've had server small issues at this location: 1) The chicken is almost always somewhat soggy 2) The rice is typically a bit dry 3) Food isn't usually hot / fresh 4) You don't always get a receipt, a bummer for how their rewards program works They do keep the location clean which is a plus. Overall solid enough if you want fast Asian food, and happen to be in the area.

We ordered thru doordash and got the Dynasty plate with 2 entrees. One with cashew chicken and orange chicken - loved the cashew chicken but the orange chicken had more breading then meat. The second one was thai chicken curry and beef and broccoli - curry chicken was good but the beef and broccoli meat was tough to eat. More veggies than the broccoli, which I didn't mind. The pot stickers were good. The cream cheese wotons was not crunchy, seems like it was sitting out for a while. Overall, it was okay, could be better.

Made our night! My son and I had come in on 1/16/2023 about 45 min before closing. We had finished a night of errands and were just expecting to come in and get a quick bite to eat and get out before they closed. I was not expecting any sort of above and beyond service and my night would have been just fine with a standard interaction. But we were pleasantly surprised. The two workers that were there at that time took time out to talk with my son and help him get drinks. They came out after we started eating and asked us how the food was and chatted a bit. They just had such great attitudes and it really made my night. It has been a bit since I have been dining out that I did not feel like I was inconveniencing the workers by being there. Thank you for a great end to our evening.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. Things started with a small miss communication when ordering. We said "We have 3 orders", the gal prepared 3 identicle orders ( vs 3 diff orders). When we tried to clear the mix-up, she seemed put out. Our food tasted as if someone dumped salt all over the entrees. It could have been a measuring mistake with the fried rice, but it was not edible. Yes this type of cuisine is normally salty, but this was not that. Lastly, while eating around the fried rice my wife took a bite of chicken and had to spit it out. It was not cooked. So raw it was dangerous. Please see photo.

Really lovely staff at this place. There was a rude customer and the lady working handled it with such professionalism. Also, I love the food.

I took my 7 year old here for the first time and had an AMAZING experience! Missy was so helpful and kind to my daughter making suggestions and making her feel seen. Then we got to the register and Julio chatted her up, having a fun conversation. I work hard to make sure she is polite to people everywhere and make sure to explain to her to treat people who are working with respect. They both told her how polite and well spoken she was. I appreciated her getting that positive reinforcement for her good behavior. The food was good as usual but these two would make the trip back worth it. Thank you Missy and Julio!

I usually go to the Andover store but last night Blaine was closer. I picked up my Bourbon Chicken, veggies & noodles. The chicken always has melted in my mouth, but some of the chicken was tough & some what I think was skin pieces. It was gross! I'm going back to Andover!
