The whole experience at this location was horrible. I ordered a Stromboli no salami and it came out cold in the inside and cheese wasn’t melted. They offered to take back to the oven if I wanted. They must’ve put in the microwave because it came back rubbery and was rock hard in some places. The pepperoni didn’t look like pepperoni at all. If it was, then it was bad. I didn’t eat any and when asked for it to be removed from the bill the manager Kelsey was very rude and stood in the middle of the restaurant and yelled at me that it was pepperoni. I’ve eaten at a ledos for a very long time and know what the food should be like and that was definitely not it.
Great pizza! Our server Madison was excellent. Even though they did not have garlic dipping butter on the menu, she went the extra mile and made some for me. I definitely recommend this location for excellent food and great service
Was there yesterday, went into the restroom before food arrived, no hand dryer , no paper towels,,the restroom was filthy and smelled like urine ..it's a restaurant it should clean..waitresses sitting around playing games at the table..love Legos. Never going back to that filthy place again...
Very disappointing. The dough was clearly a premade frozen tray. Not homemade at all. It was also extremely thin so everything was falling off. Maybe this pizza would be good if you've already downed about 6 or 7 beers and you don't care what you're eating. Find another place to get your pizza fix.
This Ledo's is the type of place where you'd take the little league team to after a win, or a sandwich after a round of golf with a friend or to enjoy with the family for dinner. It's a laid-back, nice, clean restaurant that has the familiarity of a place that's been here for years, a place where the staff remembers your name and an ambiance that feels like an extension of home.
Restrooms needs to be cleaned smell of urine. seems that the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in some time, dirty fingerprints on the door entrance of the bathrooms.. We order Pizza unsatisfied had little-to-no sauce on it very disappointed.
This family run restaurant in Charlotte Hall, MD is always very busy. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. Great place for a quick sit down family meal on a busy work night.
Beware!!! These are supposed to be $11.00 worth of of SIX Jumbo wings!!! They are Wingettes, maybe Three Regular complete wings if you add the pieces up!! But they were tasty! I've been there Twice and never again!!! Same thing, they have a bunch of girls at the front desk at REFUSE to wait on minorities or ask even ask you if you "have you been helped"! Most of them are pretty much useless. The Ledo Pizza in Waldorf are much better!!!
