Food and service were good. Establishment could use some remodeling. I haven't ate here in 10+ years and it was still the same. Windows were dirty looking with smudges all over them. I saw someone cleaning main entrance door windows but never external windows. Food was good but Caesar salad was drowned in dressing and Lettuce was soggy along with croutons. Like the salad is pre-made and just sits for an order. Prices are good compared to olive garden and rest of Food was good in taste. They also add a 3.5% fee to any orders using a card. I don't agree with that as it's 2023 and this should be a part of any business now days.

The server was so sweet & helpful. Our food came out at a good time. Loved the Crab stuffed Mushrooms.

Lazari's restaurant has always been a family favorite. Still is a nice place to take the family. Seems to have changed a bit in the last year or so. Service and staff are wonderful. The atmosphere and the quality of food seems to have declined a bit. But still a favorite place to go, just not as frequently as previously. Would love to see some improvements because it is our favorite place. Still and always worth stopping in for good Italian food.

Very nice dining experience, all staff members were friendly and eager to assist us. The food was excellent, great flavor, not too heavily seasoned. When I read a menu description I envision a certain flavor profile, when the food matches that it is "good eats" as Alton B was fond of saying. We live 90 miles away and will drive back sometime just to eat here! Give them a try...

To start off this review, I can say that this restaurant is good, but not the best Italian restaurant here in this town. When walking into this restaurant you can see how this restaurant is Italian. I love the decor on every square inch. The tables are cute too. As I sat down and looked at the menu, it was a lackluster. The menu looks to basic compared to the overall price I paid. This is one of the reasons I down grade this to a 3 star. Moving on, I ordered the scampi appetizer, a grilled chicken cannelloni with chicken and dumplings as a side. As I waited they also gave me free bread, which I thought was a nice gesture. Moving on, my waitress brought my chicken and dumplings out first and I can say I was not very excited. It looks like it came from a can! The taste was not appetizing. The mystery meat that they called “chicken” was not chicken. The dumplings was undercooked as well. I couldn’t finish it all bc of how it made me feel. Next was my appetizer, I can say the scampi was delicious. However the shrimp was over cooked. I was very disappointed however the taste of the shrimp and the cheese combined was delicious. Lastly was my grilled chicken cannelloni. It was great. I really liked this dish and the Alfredo cheese covering it all. Overall the taste of it all was good, with shrimp being over cooked and the dumplings being severely undercooked. The menu was boring and needs improvement as well. In conclusion I give this an average 3/5 stars. This place is great but as I said, not the best Italian restaurant here in this town.

Great service- Our server Peyton was very attentive and helpful. Great food- We believe the stuffed mushrooms appetizer is the BEST we have ever had. The salads and pasta dishes were wonderful. We will definitely be back when we are in town.

After a decade of coming here nothing but good things, until they got new owners/managers. The old ones were a lot better when it comes to service. also the new recipes are horrible, food was cold and had too much sauce.

While traveling, my family tried to dine at Lazzari's. I say tried because we were never served and ended up leaving. Upon entering, the hostess didn't seem to know which server was serving what area. She even asked another employee, who responded with a shoulder shrug. As we walked to our table, we noticed at least three servers standing together socializing. Once seated, we waited nearly fifteen minutes and were never approached by any wait staff. During this time, we noticed several tables that needed bussed. We were seated in between two that were dirty. After realizing that we were basically being ignored, we left. As we were leaving, a female server passed us and said, "Thank you for coming!" Bless her. She was the best part of our experience. This was our first experience and will likely be our last. We ended up dining at the Olive Garden. Given the fierce competition in the food service industry, providing lackluster service will cost you business.
