I was actually blown away by how much I loved the food at this restaurant. We both started out with a cup of the chicken tortilla soup, which was delicious and hearty. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good this was. The breading drizzled with maple syrup and those mashed potatoes. Most mashed potatoes from chain restaurants are bland and dry, these were fresh, creamy, flavorful, and had the red skin still on them. I’m not a spinach fan, so I subbed that out for the green beans which was an excellent substitute. I highly recommend this restaurant. Go good!
Beautiful restaurant with delicious food! Came here with a rather large party (reservation) and they were incredibly quick with our service and bringing out our food after we ordered. The waitstaff was fantastic, charismatic, kind (and fashionable!) and the food was fantastic. We had a lot of different diets and they were very accommodating.
I love this restaurant!! Met ozzy for the first time. Her attentiveness is remarkable. She works hard, very deserving of a good tip in thanks. Not often I meet a server who's earned over 18% (of meal cost) of my hard earned money. I will definitely request her to serve my table when I'm back in town!
Buttermilk had a long wait, so we decided to try here for lunch. The patio is open for dogs, so that was cute. Meghan with the H was our server and she did a great job. She gave us time to look over things and helped with menu decisions. She stopped by to check in to make sure everything was okay too. The pineapple coconut water drink was meh. I asked for extra mint, but it mostly tasted like dole pineapple juice from the can. Expensive for what it was. The calamari app was interesting. It came with brown rice option, which I liked. The calamari is fried, but because of the sauce, not crispy. It was kind of mushy on the outside. Not my favorite texture. The sauce was good. Big enough to be a meal itself. The bowls were great. If they had a brown rice option, that would be awesome. The tuna was fresh and the quantity was good. The chicken was also crispy and hot. The pickle salads on both were yummy. The banana pudding we took to go. It’s small for the price, but it was yummy. All in all. Taste was okay. The price of the drinks and dessert were not great for the amount we got. Meghan with and H was a great server.
I have many great things to say about this spot. My personal preference environment lies with the feel of mom and pop’s businesses. I landed here in a whim and boy am I happy to have landed here. The beer is fire, but the service is chefs kiss. The managers were out cleaning tables, and that tells me they are part of the team. Love seeing it. The food is fantastic and inclusive of vegetarian fare. Which is hard to find. They even have a menu for your pup. They pup said 4 paws up for the brown rice hamburger meal. If you do decided to check them out and you are local, I highly recommend becoming a beer member. The deal is unbeatable and like I started with, the beer is fire!
Went to have dinner with my better half. Just wanted to get out. Nice atmosphere, food was really good. Loved the Blue Hawaiian drink. Would definitely recommend and go again.
Got the new Katsu sandwich and jumbo coconut shrimp - both delicious. Meghan’s service great - friendly, attentive, and great recommendations.
Wonderful atmosphere! Love that you can bring your pets out on the patio! Hated the service! It is a shame! All the staff are snotty and RUDE!!!! Photos> 1- Fish and Chips 2- Hummus bowl 3- Asian plate 4- Salmon Dinner 5- pot roast
