For years, I've always drove by this place telling myself I'd stop in a check it out. I was a little disappointed at myself when I finally did. Why did it take me so long to visit this place? Everything about this place is amazing. The place was very clean and had plenty of other items that complimented their meats and sausages from pasta shells/noodles to a variety of mustards to cheeses... you name it. The customer service was excellent. We decided on a couple apple sausages until they provided sample of the pineapple sausages, which were smoked and delicious. We added the pineapple sausage to our list... We also got a half pound of both the teriyaki and peppered beef jerky - delicious. After we paid, we were provided with another sample of another sausage, which tasted amazing and basically made us want to come next week for that sausage. On the way out, we heard someone yelled "fresh bread" and that's when I had enough - this place deserves 6 stars.

This place is wonderful. The meat is top quality. The staff is helpful and willing to give great selections and offer opinions. I always say you get what you pay for. Here is the perfect example.

I'm from out of state and decided to check this place out after getting my nails done next door. It's tastefully decorated and I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Not only do they have meats but they have a variety of items such as desserts, local honey, crackers, etc. I bought a German coffee cake with apples, gelato, and brats. The desserts were delicious and they have local farm to table meals ready to go that I'd love to try. It's a one stop shop if you're entertaining. The brats were absolutely delicious. The employees were knowledgeable, genuine, and very helpful. I wish there was a store like this back home. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place, its a hidden little gem. I asked the butcher for his recommendation on which sausage to cook for some hotdogs and I was not disappointed. They have a high variety selection of cuts and spices to accompany them. I highly recommend anyone who is passing by to stop by for some sausages or select cuts of meat. Its difficult to find this level of customer service and quality nowadays.

It was 6 minutes before they closed and I was out front and I realize it is Friday but you don’t close your doors early. I drove from Sacramento because I heard it was the place to go for some good meats and I get here, and they are closed. Closed before they are supposed to. Stupid. Don’t close before the posted hours.

I purchased a sixteen lbs brisket from Dave, who was very helpful. My son Conrad seasoned it with just salt and pepper and slow cooked it on his kamado joe Pot for 10 hours and let it rest for another 4 hours. The gathering of 24 or so People said it was ( melt it your mouth )delicious. We will definitely be seeing Dave again

Awesome local butcher shop. Staff is friendly, cool & really know their meats. They make a lot of their own sausage in house. Everything grows out of the staff, Alabama sausage, recipe from the owner's daughter, pies from a local baker. All yummy & priced for the great value.

It's an adult Toys R Us. The selection of meats, customers service was great I got a few stuffed pork chops and the offered to season them and 2 different ways to cook them. A slab of pork belly. Chicken things teriyaki. Fresh berry pie or peach The atmosphere was very laid back.
