Only problem was it was a little loud. I can only imagine what it's like full! That being said, the food was delicious (we thought we could finish the appetizer and entrees. Spoilers: WE COULD NOT), the service was very good, and it was a very good place to be. My partner said the Bolognese was the second best ever (the best no longer exists, sadly), and my own gnocchi was so rich! Will probably be back!

Mr. Aguirre is the best!! He took care of the large group of people with his huge smile! I totally recommend the grilled calamari as appetizers.

Great food and drinks. Gluten free pasta was tasty. Try the limoncello - best cocktail.

First time here and this place is less than a mile from my house! My husband and I would pass by it every time we went to Tony’s and we would see so many cars there. Figured we gotta check this place out! Loved it! Very rustic and cozy vibe! Food and service was amazing! Truly felt welcomed! And the value was ..wow! For 3 ppl- We had Appetizers, entrees, and a bottle of wine - spent much less than dining at some bougie Italian restaurant in downtown Chicago! 😄 entrees are big portions too (I know mine was). How’d we miss not coming here! I think my husband and I found ourselves a new hangout for a cozy drink and dinner! Amiamo questo posto ♥️

We had really high hopes for this restaurant, on first impression we walked into the restaurant and there was a terrible odor that smelled like cleaning chemicals and stale water. We asked to sit outside and really enjoyed the vibe on the patio. Plenty of sun covering made out enjoyable as the sun set. The complimentary bread was delicious, but the food everyone ordered was just so disappointing. Large portions of flavorless food. Very overcooked seafood, over boiled noodles, and chewy beef. Their minestrone soup is very good. I wish I would have stopped at the bread and the soup.

We had a lovely evening at La Zingara! Jesus was just the BEST and gave a great recommendation on wine. The limoncello cake was to die for. I've never been to a restaurant that served focaccia in their bread basket, it was delicious! We can't wait to come back!

Food was delicious. I had the lasagna which was a huge portion. Others had chicken dishes which they all said was delicious. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Located in a strip mall with lots of free parking. Nice outdoor patio as well. I definitely will go back. The only con is it gets very loud inside. I did notice a private room for parties which was occupied.

What an absolute delicious dinner that my significant other and I had two nights ago. Everything about this place is amazing and delicious, service? 11/10, food? 11/10, atmosphere? 11/10. We are definitely coming back for next weekend because we loved it that much.
