La Tortuga is a Oaxacan restaurant with absolutely delicious choices from breakfast to dinner and amazing looking desserts, too. We ordered the Nachos and La Hollandesa Torta. Both were outstanding. 2 drinks, 2 dishes, and 4 conchas for tomorrow for under $40! Finally delicious food with reasonable prices. We will be back!
Food is excellent. Dessert is served first! The best tres leches cake. Server was just right. Very sweet and helpful.

Although we speak Spanish, the waiter refused to speak to us in spanish while she did use the language to communicate with other customers. The food was not good and very bland and salty. The best thing we had were the chips. Never again!
Did Take out. First time. Huge Tortas (we ordered 3 different ones) Oaxacan Tamale, Pozole. Tacos, Tres Leches. All amazing flavors and spices without being just heat. Huge servings, generous salsas and toppings. Excellent service from Kimberly. Saw on Reddit, Did not disappoint.
One my favorites after a round or two of golfing onbthe Monterey peninsula. Had the chili Verde, yum. Generous hunks of pork in a wonderful verde sauce. Had peurco mole' today. Very yummmmm.
Family owned place with very friendly staff. Food was amazing! Highly recommend!
