A very quaint French Restaurant on the water. In the photos are the following: French 75 martini, Broiled fluke over fried rice, Duck confit with truffle risotto and finished our meal with sticky toffee pudding with Pecan praline ice cream.

Sat outdoors and got the three course meal. Very impressed with the quality of the main course and the dessert! Half of the oysters were a little small, but I thought they were delicious enough that it didn't matter. It was a good deal, I definitely would recommend/go again.

A nice sea front restaurant with a homely vibe. Small menu but the quality is top-notch. Friendly staff with great service. The pacing of the meal was on point. Wine selection is good with many selections from the local North Fork wineries.

The food was good and my favorite was the duck leg confit. The wine selection leaves much to be desired felt some of the staff were rude except our server. The space is small and a bit chaotic. Nevertheless, I'm sure this restaurant is one of the best choices around the area.

Really really wonderful restaurant. From the views and setting on wading river beach - to the cottage vibe and casual atmosphere, it just knocks it out of the park the combination of casual and show stopping food. The menu is superb - literally so good that it hasn’t really changed in 15 years, but that is not a knock! Get the soup (any!) get the cheese plate or pork buns, but the entrees are where la place separates from the pack. There are 8 entrees - I have had ever single one. You can not go wrong. If it’s cold weather - duck leg confit with table side mushroom spooned out on your plate over a chive risotto??!? Better than it evened sounds if that’s possible. Warm weather : Fluke with Hawaiian crab fried rice and shellfish sauce - I fell off my chair. It’s that good . And they “almost” always have a poached lobster special with risotto which is out of this world. All of this served with hot rolls and butter with fresh chives. Next to the beach - right there. We go for dinner and take our kids to the beach swings after, always the best night of the week

My family and I have been coming here every summer from Queens, NY for years. And I've never complained until today. There's a public beach right across so we usually spend some time there after our meal. We initially made a reservation for 2:15pm but with traffic from Queens we rescheduled for 4pm and got there 30 min early. One of the servers (wish I got his name) approached us in a rude manner as soon as he saw us park in the parking lot further away from the restaurant. He pulled in impatiently nearly hitting my daughter and shouted multiple times "do you see where you're parking", as if we didn't know how to read. I had advised him to approach customers in a nicer way especially when running a business, and he said "if you think this is being rude you haven't seen anything yet". He assumed we were taking advantage of the parking lot just for the beach. He claimed to be the owner of the restaurant and when we stepped in to cancel our reservation he had just clocked in to serve for dinner. We spoke to the manager and said he'll have a word with him. We did not feel comfortable eating there anymore after that horrible altercation. I would understand if the parking lot was packed and we were taking up space just for the beach, but that was not the case. We were long time customers just trying to enjoy our day off from the city.

This gem of a restaurant. Incredible views , exceptional food and warm friendly staff.

Great place near the sound. We had the price fixe menu for $35.00. I had the duck confiet and my wife had the chicken breast. We also shared clams on the half shell and oysters. All delicious. We also had the chocolate cake and vanilla cakes for dessert. Well worth the price.
