Usually I talk to my wife when we eat. Today it was completely silent it was so good. Tuna was near perfect and steak surprised me a lot in a good way.

This place does simple Mexican very well and does it very fast. We decided to do carry out and never really ate in there, so my review is restricted to the former experience and the food quality. We walked in and ordered a couple of dinners. The wait was very short, and I’d approximate 15 minutes as the wait time. You can sit comfortably while you wait. We took the food back to our hotel. Both my wife and I thought it was well above average for Mexican food. You can select between corn and flour tortillas, so you can customize your meal somewhat. In summary it’s fast good food at a fair price.

Decent food - not the greatest Mexican food I've ever had, but also far from the worst! Bathrooms are clean, scented candles so they smell nice and have a homey feel to them. Service was fine. A local artist provides much of the artwork that is on the walls (artwork can be purchased), which was nice to see. They didn't have the beer I wanted although it was on the menu. So when the food quality and other factors are all taken together, I'd rate it slightly above average with 4 stars.

Everything in Moab is getting so expensive. I felt everything here in the menu was over priced. But the AC in there was nice, when we stopped through here after an all day visit to Arches National Park it was over 100 degrees F outside. So that part was very refreshing. The service was decent and I don't remember anything special about the food, but I think everyone at their plates, so that is a good sign since we were travelling with 3 kids ages 13, 10, and 7. The place was slightly hard to find from Google Maps because it sneaks up on you just before you leave town. I hope you enjoy it.

DON'T EAT HERE Rating one star because that's the only way it'll let me do a review, otherwise I wouldn't even give this place a star. When we arrived to La Hacienda we were given a waiting time of 45 min. An hour passed and we still weren't seated. We went up to ask, and they told us 5 more minutes, then 10 passed and so on, till it was a waiting time of 1 hour and 30 min (we thought about leaving but we had already wasted 1 hr 30 min and by the time we would leave and find another place it would of taken even longer). When we were finally seated the waitress took forever to come and ask us if we wanted a drink, so you can only imagine how long they took to actually bring the food out. When they finally did bring the food they messed up our orders and didn't bring us the right food, sadly some on our table were barely going to start to eat when others were already finished with their plates. The food was also overpriced and did not meet the expectations of real Mexican cuisine. They also charge tip with the total (with out options)! So you end up paying for wasting your time, and bad quality food! Do not come here, even if it's the only option you have!! You are better off eating wherever else!

Not the worst Mexican restaurant I've been to but it was bad. We were seated by the hostess and left for 15 minutes without any of the wait staff checking on us, meanwhile the waiter went to 2 tables seated after us to take their orders while we waited. The food was just not good, the rice and beans tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time and lacking flavor. The fajita meat was way over cooked and the burrito my wife got was also bad and not flavorful. The food was overpriced for what it was even the salsa bad.

Came in to have dinner, the place was half full if that with clean empty tables. Hung put for about 10 minutes before asking if they seat us, we were told it was a 20 minute wait. After wait another 10 we were seated... the waitress came by 5 minutes later and asked what we wanted to eat, we haven't even ordered drinks yet, but since we had been waiting so long went ahead and ordered food as well. Food was mediocre, the waitress never came back to check up on us or bring a ticket. After waiting another 10 minutes after family was entirely done I left enough money on the table to cover bill and started to walk out when the waitress appeared and wanted to know if we received a ticket, I said nope, but I left money on table, she then called me a b!*@# and continued to the back. Will never eat here again. Lot's of waisted time

They are rude and over priced. The waitress was off put on any requests. Didn't bring receipt to table she was slow. The food was not very good. Was carrying food in her armpits. The own was rude and slamming things around. They charge a 18% tip with out letting us know there was nothing stating on the menu about charging such high tips.
