As I am sitting here eating, I had to write a review. As soon as I came in, the customer service was amazing, very easy to order, and the food was the best I’ve had in the northern NJ area in a while. Authentic flavor, definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. This is my usual spot now. Don’t think twice about coming here to eat.
It’s really hard to find good Cuban food in bergen county and this is the only place worth it, without me having to drive to Hudson County. I drive 20 min from where I live just to get food from here, despite there being other Cuban options closer to me. The food is great, the prices are incredible, and the service is friendly. Place is also cute.
I ordered food on Grubhub for lunch and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been canceled. I was told me "he didn't have the food" (I ordered 2 Cuban Sandwiches). It's fine to make a mistake (not canceling the order) but I would expect some gesture to try to make it right after driving all the way over to the restaurant, or at least a more sincere apology. Not ordering here again.
Amazing staff and food was delicious. Truly the best Cuban sandwich and moros I’ve ever had. The tres leches was amazing and cortado.
I ordered catering from La Giraldilla for our conference dinner. I ordered rice, beans, ropa vieja, fricase pollo, salad, maduros, and tostones. We had plenty of food left after 80 people ate. (I may have ordered 120 people's worth of food lol) Everyone enjoyed the food! Also, the delivery was fast and on time. When I talked to the owner and his wife, they were very accommodating and made the process easy. You won't regret when you order catering from here!
The most amazing Cuban sandwich, extremely professional and friendly atmosphere feels like your at home best Cuban food around town, awesome service, very clean. Highly recommend and definitely will be back. The owners make you feel like your part of the neighborhood.😊 oh and the guava pastries (pastelitos) are off the charts!
Best cafe con leche and Cuban cuisine in Bogota! La Giraldilla is a neighborhood cafeteria with five-star standards for their delicious dishes. The owner is a hospitality veteran and the chef is as authentically Cuban as it gets. The food is remarkably and consistently on point. The service and warm family welcome given to every customer makes La Giraldilla a daily stop for me. I highly recommend their catering and daily menu. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner La Giraldilla always delivers quality. I encourage you to visit them and give them a try. Buen provecho!
BEST Cuban 'Samitch' in allll Bergen County!! and VERY reasonable$$ i buy them two at a time( they're THAT GOOD!) GO check out this place, you won't be disappointed. DELICIOUS food 😋
