Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Titusville

Wow I can't believe this place is still open. The store was painted but the inside was really dirty. The chairs were rusty and look like they haven't been dusted in forever. The garbage bin was disgusting and I stuck to the floor in front of the counter. If the back kitchen area looks anything like the front??????? The burgers were dry and pretty bad. I love Krystal's and this wasn't what I expected. The parking lot in front of the doorway was littered with cigarette butts. Disgusting! I'm pretty sure this place won't last long looking like it does and the food coming out with dry

New to town and had to pop in to try our new local Krystal. Not the friendliest cashier and the place looks run down and dirty. We didn't even think it was open at first. Food was OK though, so probably still worth the drive over if you don't mind a layer of grime and being hardly spoken to.

We’ve been going to Krystal’s a lot over the past few years & this was by far the worse experience yet. Apparently, the menu was changed so we wanted the #5 but it got switched to #4 & chicken sandwiches were #5. We get to the window & for some reason my girlfriend’s card wasn’t reading, she was rude about it so we retried it & it worked fine. Then we received the order & the girl quickly shut the window, so we waited for her attention. Mind you, when she opened the window she was wearing gloves & talking on the phone to someone…. Not clean at all, a food safety violation, & unprofessional. I get it might be her first job but cmon… then the way she explained the mix up to us was so rude. After over $20 & rude customer service, safe to say we won’t be returning or recommending this place. She was a younger girl w pink hair… definitely needs better training & customer service skills. Not happy overall with the experience & service we received. We ended up tossing it, because it’s usually all just tendons anyway.

Wow, it's been six months since I been the Krystal's. I forgot I even wrote a review until I got on here to write a review today because of the customer service I had this week. On April 15th, 2019, I went into crystals around 2 p.m. I ordered specifically fresh chili cheese fries and two regular pups. once I got my food the fries were not fresh they were hard with a darker brown color and all they did was pour some chili over it to try to disguise the fact that they did not give me fresh fries. The pups that I received one of my pups for some reason half the bun was soggy, and it just made me never want to go back to Krystal's again. I'm done with crystals it seems like some of the workers there they just don't give a damn about providing good customer service. They don't seem respectful of what the customer orders. It just seems lazy of a worker in the food industry not to want to get the customer exactly what they order. Their laziness give them cause to just give the customer what they want them to have and not what the customer actually ordered.And if they have a problem with giving the customer what they ordered then they should not be working in the food service industry. I understand it may not be all the employees, but it only takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch, and businesses could lose lots of customers that way. The food I received on the 15th of April was terrible because of this service. I made a vow of not to ever go back to Krystal's in Titusville, Florida, again. It's a good thing because it has inspired me to stay home and cook more for me and my family. A blessing in disguise. Good luck to all that eats at Krystal's, and may your experience be better than mine were. Long waits a few times. I stopped coming for a while because of the long wait. Decided to stop in today after a year, and wait wasn't long. Im assuming its who's working,their work standards, and how well they value their job and customers. Better experience this time. To the krystals owner. I saw your response and decided to try It again. On Sept 17,2023. The workers failed me again. I ordered the regular pups and chili cheese fries. My complaint is about the hotdogs for the pups and the buns. The apple turnover didn't have much filling, though. I bit the top and nothing but dryness, no apple filling at all. It was halfway at the bottom.The hot dogs were old,anyone could tell by looking. Dried and wrinkly dogs definitely could not be fresh. The buns were damp/soggy. I should have taken a picture of the buns before I requested fresh ones. I would think that they would have given me fresh pups as well by throwing the bad food away and replacing all with fresh food, but I gave those workers too much credit. They obviously don't give a darn. You should really get a supervisor who takes their job seriously to train and watch these workers to ensure their doing things correctly that will reflect your restaurant name in a better light because it's been doing the opposite for years. This kind of work ethic will eventually run your business into the ground. You should do something about it as soon as possible.

Best deal for breakfast. Fair price and test good. The place could use a upgrade. A little run down. At the time I was here I washed up in the restroom it was not clean. I noticed that every time I stop in that the main crowd are seniors that must meet up here cause they group up and sit and talk so I guess they must have good pricing for them. You can't help but overhear what they are saying for it's an open room seating. So it's a good sign to me to see the locals hang out here. My meal this time was hot except for the toast that had butter on it that was not melted but I ate it up just the same. My eggs were the way I like them and the grits and sausage patty were pretty darn good.

We live 50 miles away & took special trip just for Krystals. Spent $38. Walked in to a very dirty looking place. Need to send your maintenance & cleanup crews badly! No working woman restroom and NASTY mens restroom! Rude welcome, food was thrown together and didn't care if you got help at all with anything! Need training for customer service! Remember, customers are the reason the restaurant exists. If you give great experience, service & food, they will come back! I feel we wasted our $$.

I’m not really sure what kind of people they hire here. Arrived last night to pick up my order after a twenty minute wait (ordered online) to be told it would be another 20 minutes because I ordered after they sold out. Truth was, they were trying to close early, which honestly I respect, but instead of waiting until I got to the restaurant to ask me if I still wanted my food and if I did it would be another 30 minute wait. After I informed the worker I would like my burgers she got noticeably angry and responded with “well go ahead and wait then I don’t care.” Needless to say the burgers I got were cold and it was almost an hour before I got them. Almost like they made them and sat them to the side for me to wait longer while they got cold.

My husband likes Krystal, so he made it his point to go and get some burgers it was breakfast time, and the only cashier that was working was the drive-thru cashier who was not friendly and had a terrible attitude 🙄 like she didn't want to be bothered. We will not be going back 😪 to this Krystal again.
