Love Krystal's and this is the first one on our vacation recently. Food was good as I personally have always had and honestly a treat for us with having none in the texas area we live anymore. Burgers were hot and fresh perfect for a quick meal with the family while road tripping.

As a truck driver, I had to walk from across the street to get to these guys. Not only was my food fresh and hot when I got back to my truck, they nailed my special order perfectly. Good Labor Day to you for taking care of me.

The highs were plenty of comfortable seating and very short wait time. The menu while slightly confusing had lots of options and things you could edit to suit your needs and dietary preferences. The lows were poor presentation incorrect food and less then enthusiastic service.

I used to love krystal burger when i lived in arkansas. But this one was located in a gas station . The staff wasnt very pleasant . I had to wait to place my order and i was the only one inside . They had 4 people working and one car in drive thru . It took about 8-10 mins to get to burgers and then i took one bite and threw the rest away . It taste horrible. Went to taco bell instead. Wont ever go back

We are visiting LA and decided to try Krystal. We drove 30 mins from the hotel we are staying at because we wanted to enjoy our meal inside the restaurant vs going down to bourbon st location and fighting for a parking spot. We get to this location about 9:30 pm and the lobby is closed 🤬, fine we went through the drive thru placed our order which was the 12 Krystal combo waited about 20 mins. Once we got our food we parked in the lot next to the drive thru as we ate a vehicle came up the drive thru and as the staff was cleaning they decided to turn off the lights, now the vehicle waited a few minutes and the staff had seen the vehicle waiting, the vehicle drove up to the window and they had a conversation with the staff before the drove off. As for the food, I personally didn't wanna eat in my vehicle but I also didn't want to drive back to the hotel all while the food got cold, it was good the tots were delicious and fresh, the cheese sliders were very yummy they gave me McDonald's mcdouble vibes.

An oasis! I LOVE Krystal, and they are so few and far between. This one is clean and quiet and does it right! Connected to a circle K, you can get your sliders and fill up your car all at once!

It's a good option if you miss Krystal burger and looking for the nostalgic taste but they shuffle through staff (more so than most fast food restaurants, I understand staffing by young kids this happens) but it's still a good option for right off the interstate. It stays busier than the Sonic right across the street!

White Castle of the South? Krystal Burgers are everywhere and they deserve your attention. I'd never been to one before but I will stop at one every time I can from now on. I wasn't sure what to order and the young man at the counter suggested the three slider combo instead of ordering individual burgers as a better deal. I went with the bacon cheese slider combo. I could wax poetic and say they've reinvented the wheel. The truth is this: every other cut and paste fast food burger joint is a out of dimension oblong of dry, cardboard texture meat. These burgers are wheels of delicious bacon-y, cheesy goodness. No mayo and all mustard, my style. My order came out in two minutes fresh and hot. It would have been faster too but they made fresh fries for me and that made a huge difference. As a bonus the cartons the burgers and fries come in are perfect for dumping either ketchup or mustard for one the go, mess-free snacking. The only knock on this Krystal was cleanliness was a bit lacking. Overall the two young gentleman who took and made my order had a very courteous and friendly demeanor. Four stars for service, taste, value and fresh made french fries.
