Order three of the 10 Krystals for $9.99. One set with no to light onions, everyone had very heavy onions on it. It took them over 25 minutes to make the order. They pulled me up and served very fast the 6 cars that was behind me. I was the 1st car pulled up and last car to leave. My order should had been done before anyone else.

The lady at the window was nice. We came super late and ordered a bunch of food and there were no problems with our order. Food was alright. It got the job done👍🏻

It’s very hit or miss on whether you were going to get fresh food and good customer service. Half the time I have gone vampires are extremely rude, the cheese is not even melted on my burgers, and you can tell that it has been sitting there a while. It’s also very uncommon for you to get your order completely right. Other times, the food is fresh, and the employees are extremely polite and helpful. It’s a coin toss on which one experience you will get.

Dont bother they WILL get your order wrong. 2 times I have gone in the last month and ordered the same thing for me and my wife. I ordered the 4 burgers with chili cheese fries and 2 extra krystal burgers no onions. what did I recieve... not that. i recieved 2 burgers and 2 chickens with regular fries. I am VERY displeased. I have also been very nice to them and ask "hey how are you" to just have them look at me and take my card with no speaking other than "pull forward and ill bring it out to you". I AM THE ONLY ONE THERE. I tried calling to speak to a manager and it directs me to the website. Are they to scared of covid to even talk on the phone. shame

DO NOT GO TO THE KRYSTALS IN SARALAND UNLESS YOU WANT BURT, OLD FOOD AND TO BE IN LINE FOR 30MINUTES.... THEY HAD TO REMAKE MY ORDER 3 TIMES, THEY GAVE ME BURNT OLD FRIES, THEY KEPT LEAVING OFF THE ONIONS AND PICKLES AND THEY ALSO TRIED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE.... THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD TO REMAKE MY ORDER THE GUY AT THE WINDOW SAID HE COULDN'T TAKE THE FOOD BACK WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE IT TO HIM. AFTER HE TOLD THE COOK ABOUT MY ORDER I GUESS HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME SO HE ASKED FOR THE FOOD BACK. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ALSO WILL GIVE YOU OLD FOOD... I EVEN HAD TO TELL THEM NOT TO TAKE THE FOOD I GAVE THEM AND JUST ADD WHAT WAS MISSING AND THEY STILL TRIED TO DO IT ANYWAY..... THEY WERE EVEN HAVING A CONVERSATION ABOUT HOW THEY DON'T WANT TO BE AT WORK AND ONE OF THEM EVEN SAID THAT HE WAS FINNA LEAVE.. IF YOU WANT KRYSTAL'S GO TO THE ONE ON DAUPHIN ST, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU....

The place was filthy. Four people were working, 3 were jist standing around and it took 20 minutes to get our food. The lady that filled our order put her hands all in the boxes that held the fries and burgers. Health rating was a 91. It should have been a 71. The place was filthy ! And the service was horrible. Will never visit again !

After I ordered online and went to pick up my food they didn't even have it started. Then the lady at the counter only gave me half my order and told me that I didn't order the other half. After I showed her my online receipt, she still argued with me and told me that I didn't order my food??? After I sat there and argued with her about why I shouldn't have to pay AGAIN for the other half of my order a worker making the food showed her she was wrong and they made my order for me. The lady at the counter didn't even apologize. They did nothing but sit there and argue with each other! I asked for them to print my receipt and they refused to do so. Never eat here, I have not left a review like this before. But this establishment needs to be investigated by corporate and people need to be fired. They have no right to talk to and treat a customer like they did tonight, especially refusing to give a customer food THAT WAS PAID FOR. Add on: They messed up the entire order. Some krystals didn't even have a bottom bun. I also went to the website and left a review but they still haven't contacted me back

Haven't been here in a very long time. I love the old fries. However, my boys were happy, and customer service has gotten better!
