every single time i come here they mess my order up. day shift rushes orders and doesn’t listen. night shift rushes and is rude every single night i’ve been. any time i ask for cheese on anything it is the saddest thing i’ve ever seen. i paid extra for cheese fries and this is what i got. this is only one out of the 15+ bad experiences i have had at this place.

We asked for no onions because my son is allergic and we got onions on our Krystal but, thats okay. We found another Krystal. The people were really nice though and the food was good and freshly hot. I just wish the people listened better

Pulled up to drive through. Never got answered. Pulled up to window car in parking lot. Place was lit up but never saw anybody. Tried to call the store with no answer and couldn't leave a message mailbox was full Me and the guy in line behind me both went to McDonald's.

Is this place under new management? I haven’t been here in a very long time because I remember waiting for 15 minutes for my food, even though there wasn’t a line. I came here today on 07/06/2023 at 2:30 and they had my food ready in 30 seconds. Great job to the employees!

The burgers had a freezer burned taste. My chili cheese pup was good. My brother's spicy chiks were cold and hard. The glazed donut holes were good but the glaze was all off of the donut holes and it was all in the bottom of the paper bag. We have definitely had much better food experiences.

Dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. Slowest employees. Messing around and making jokes instead of cleaning..if I could leave NO stars... I would. I only come here for Mobile Orders they still take for ever even tho there's NO ONE in drive thru OR lobby.

So I eat here A LOT.. or at least I did until today.. That will be my last. I waited in line accordingly as usual waiting because I knew the burgers would be fresh.. Waited my turn got my food and went home just to find out I had been served burnt burgers . . When I call back I was made out to be a liar. The woman said we had a burn batch but I threw them all away.. umm no u didn't.. and how would I know unless I had gotten them??!! So you can make someone else out to be a liar.. and I'm not done with this review either. I will be contacting Dillion McGaha also about this situation. Past couple of times we've ate there it's been just plain out nasty..
