I ordered my food and paid for it via the mobile app. Now when I get there they tell me that they don't have any milk shakes which I paid for. So they offered me a soda instead. They told me that they can't give me a refund, that's between me and the mobile app. I told the manager that we can settle this issue now if you just give me anything to make up the price difference . That was finally settled. Then I was given bags saying, here's your complete order with the extra stuff you and the manager agreed on. I asked again, my whole order is included also? She said yes!! I asked then where are the double bacon burgers ? Of course they forgot. Then I asked, for a 20 piece wing , is that all I get is 2 packs of the Ranch? She replied yes . I said ok , thank you. This was not my first time there. This was my first time going there late at night. In fact, the service was excellent during the day time and I went inside to pick up my large order and I gave a 10.00 Tip.

The women that took my order were very rude and hateful. When they finally got the order correct it took them 35 min to bring out 12 Krystal's in total 6 chick, and 6 regular with cheese. The lady brought them to the door they asked me to pull to with not expression and a very sour voice said " HERE ". turned and walked away into the store. I will not go back here the inside didn't look to very clean from what I could see when the door opened either.

Two young girls working very hard with broken ac, the day was 100 degrees. The manager and owner needs to be flogged. It took 45 minutes to get our cold sliders. First and last time we will visit. Do not recommend stopping, sorry.

Late night after the new grandbaby and they were open, so pleasant, and food was hot and fresh!

Check your fries before you leave the drive-thru. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo with fries. I must have been served fries that were leftovers. My fries were old, crunchy and overcooked.

The black lady was so fast getting my food everything was fresh an delicious 😋

I came back! Again, the burgers were good, but is there a new limit to the amount of burgers that you can get at a time? I wanted 18 double sliders, which might seem like a lot, but not when you've got 4 young adults, your wife and yourself that want burgers. I ordered 18, I got 12. I wasn't charged for 18 or anything, but I was only sold 2/3rds of what I was ready to buy. They were good and the people were very nice. I'm even going to give you all one more start because the food was good and the attendant was very nice. I just need to know if you all are going to be able to handle my family's appetite in the future, because if I'm ordering, 90% of the time it's going to be a big order. The Florence location wouldn't even cook more than 11 singles at at time, so I'm kind of wondering what's up all together. In St. Louis, I can go in and order 100 sliders and they are like "Cool". I thought the idea behind a profit model is that it costs you less to provide the service than what you charge, so that generated "Profit". The more you sell, the more you make. That's how I thought it went, but I'm old! The burgers were surprisingly good. The service can use improving, but the food was good.

My boyfriend was in the mood for Krystal's tonight and we went to the one in Florence, but the power went out right as I was about to order so we ended up looking to see if there was another one nearby and ended up coming here. This is by far the best Krystal's I've ever been to! We came slightly after 11:00 pm on 5/20/20. The staff from taking the order to giving the order was pleasant and professional. Surprisingly, the best part was the food! I've eaten at various Krystal's and it all usually the same greasy, thrown together, best for those desperate for non-liquids after the bars close kind of food. However, this specific Krystal's not only got my order correct, but my food all came out hot and literally picture perfect! No kidding, just like the menu board - golden, fluffy buns that were actually dry and not drenched in grease, and gooey melted cheese. The food was so shockingly good, we decided to turn around and order more! This time we arrived around 11:30pm. Was the first round a fluke? Not at all. The second time around we had to wait a little longer since we ordered a few chiks as well, but everything was, once again, hot yet an edible temperature and fresh tasting. This time I was sure to get a couple pictures. I called later to try and get the names of the staff working the back to give some recognition for the amazing job they did, but was sent straight to a voicemail box that was full so was unable to get a hold of anyone by phone. Even so, we will definitely drive further to try our luck with another crew there. Hopefully, they do as fantastic of a job as tonight's did. *Update* We tried to go through tonight (6/8/20) after my long work shift. Originally we tried McDonald's for a frappe, but as no surprise, the machine was being cleaned. Got to Krystal's at around midnight (I was able to leave work earlier than usual). There was a sign taped to the speaker that read "Cash Only," which is fine since I had cash. I waited only to hear "Sorry. We're closed." Now, that is not fine to hear from a supposed "24 hour" location. So, thank you, owner, for the invite to come back, but it's hard to visit someplace that isn't open during listed business hours. Tempted to remove a star for inconsistency and inconvenience of driving across the river for absolutely nothing. **Update** I would love to leave comments on how great my last five visits were, except they were simply me calling multiple times with no answer and driving there only to see it appear closed, one of the five nights, I saw workers sitting in the dark dining room and what seemed to be a cleaning truck blocking the drive thru. NEVER any signage for hours or unexpected closings or anything. It's unfortunate that the only decent Krystal's is marked as 24/7 yet always closed and doesn't bother to tell anyone why.
