I do not recommend this location. I went there and ordered an Oreo shake that came with no whip cream, also I had to use a spoon because it was not a milk shake, it was ice cream that tasted..... not good. And the cup was not filled all the way. I expected better and will not be coming back.

Waited 20 mins watching 4 people after me get there food and leave to be told i had another 3 min to wait on nuggets. Cause they only dropped 10.. Well when theres a bunch of folks waiting in line drop mire than just 1 order of stuff...

I eat at this location all the time. My experience in the past the food was always good but in the last couple of of months my food has been poorly prepared. Last night stopped for take home after work and had the worst food I've ever had in a fast food establishment. The burgers were burned. I ordered 20 for the family and it was over half of them. The employee to prepare them couldn't have missed it. It was a don't give a s___ attitude. Will be contacting owner today. Not one to rant but it was awful

I've been eating Krystal burger for as long as I can remember. This location has wonderful employees, very friendly. The burgers however were cold & soggy, I'm certain it was a mistake. When I pass through next time I'll give them another shot. Even cold & soggy it was still good.

Burgers were cold, on hard buns. Fries were hot. Service? No, we were ignored and the folks disappeared as soon as we got the food. No wonder we were their only customers! Please take pride in your work! Health rating was an 87, noticed it too late!

Terrible 😐 it took 30 minutes to get our food. The first girl taking our order was unfriendly and didn’t know what she was doing with the register. Finally the manager came and took our order, but then it took 20 minutes before we got our burgers. Then another 10 minutes for our fries. So lots of improvements needed at this location 😡

The drive through is fast and the service was friendly. However, one gets what one pays for, and patrons here do not pay very much. Burgers are often served soggy, and when ordering in bulk, there are clearly burgers from different batches, as some will come out wetter and colder than others. Burgers aside, the popcorn chicken is constantly too dry, but it could just be a matter of taste.

Been here twice both during 2-3pm on a weekend. Service was so slow. Took 10-15 minutes sitting at drive thru. Only one car ahead of me both times. My fries were cold so unsure what we were waiting on... Wasn't hot fresh food.
