Breakfast Menu "Krystal" Mableton

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. As someone who came to this location multiple times and have been disappointed every visit it is clear that the management here does not care or even the patients that work here have no care in the world for you Or the safety of the food that they are serving. On my final visit I was in the drive-through for almost 5 minutes waiting for breakfast and no one came to the intercom. I had to drive around and flag the woman down who was inside she opened the window and explained to me that her system is down I asked her just to be clear what she meant she meant she cannot take any orders. I explained to her that I was at the intercom for almost 5 minutes and all they had to do with answer the intercom. The short woman who has no hair Gray if anything , explains that she only cooks the food. I asked for the manager and she immediately closed the window in my face.

The 3rd time I have gone over at 8AM or later, 8:45 once, and there is NO ONE THERE. On my final visit Sunday I was in the drive-through at 8:55AM for almost 5 minutes waiting for breakfast and no one came to the intercom. NO ONE WAS THERE...!

Just left the drive thru. Bag was stapled so I didn't check my order. Half order was WRONG, missing an item, and when I called, NO ANSWER. NEVER AGAIN! Keep the shrimp po boy that didn't have ANY of the sauce on them. And no mayo was on the hot Nashville chicken. Wasted my 6.99, and a my lunch break.

We ordered food with a delivery service close to closing time.... OMG I haven’t had Krystal’s in years and it was worth the wait. They were hot, custom to my order and they even mixed my drink just right. Thank you for the awesome munchies

Worst customer service. There was no line when I got there and still had to wait Bc they weren’t “ready” for me. It was around 2:30pm. Once I got to the window the employee was even more rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. People like that need to stay home if they don’t want to do their job and serve customers. Food was absolutely horrible. I don’t know why I was craving Krystal but I should have listened to my husband when he said don’t go there. Do not recommend.

I would like to say that you guys was very professional food was hot fresh a very polite that you kept the line moving very quickly I am very much amazed thank you and have a blessed day

Absolutely terrible. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front of me I was told to wait again for another 10 minutes. Reluctantly placed my order and pulled forward. When I did the vehicle that was in front of me was still there and had to return their order. After another 10 minutes of waiting to get their order correct I finally pull up to get my order. Instead of having it ready the attendant asks me "What you order?". I share with him my order he hands me the bag and its wrong. After handing him back the wrong order he comes back less than 20 seconds later with what is suppose to be my order. I asked for tater tots with cheese. They literally threw cold cheddar cheese on top of cold tater tots. Never again. This place is terrible and I won't ever consider getting my food from this location or any Krystal's for that matter again.

This location is the worst Krystal’s I’ve ever been to. Management is very unprofessional and so are the employees. This location is open 24/7. Management told me they was close at 11 o’clock pm est. mind you she never actually came to the window and I had to do hand gestures to even get her attention. I actually wanted to give them another chance when I went back I ordered chili cheese fries, only to get home and see that there was no cheese and that the fries were cold. 3rd Time I ordered chicken Krystal’s and the chicken was hard and my bread was cold and undercooked. Horrible experiences.
